Individual coffee creamer had lumps in it It was spoiled Room had cockroaches Carpet had a "hump" in it Possible water damage No elevator -thank god only 2 floors Dirty carpet throughout For $100 it was a travesty
Old, smelly rooms. Tried 3 different rooms…, couldn't stay there. Changed hotel.
Our toilet barely flushed and wasn't cleaned. The halls smelled horrible.
There was a horrid order in the room. (Wet rug) So I had to sleep with my mask on. There were also holes in the blanket!!
$150 for a disgusting room was not worth it at all. First room smelled like cigarettes so I asked for another room and I walk in and it smells like fish and the air isn’t on when it’s 90 degrees.
Broken window glass laying on ground. Broken furniture and just to much to mention. Needs to be inspected
I didn’t like the gross amount of garbage surrounding the property. The room smelt awful. The room also had mold in shower/toilet room and by sink. The pillows smelt like years of multiple people’s body odors. The “breakfast” was a joke. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Ever.
Carpet was dirty , there was a general distasteful odor in the halls and in the room . The shower curtain had mold on the inside bottom half Definitely would not stay there again !
PRO: Beautiful clean tile floors in the room. CON:There were 2 cars in the parking lot with no plates or city tags on them. They room lighting was horrible if you wanted to shave or read a book. The outside door at the far end near room 144 never lock anyone out. I find that to be a high security risk for guests. Also, the mattress I slept on was from the Roosevelt Era. And nobody cleans up after their dog!
Non smoking hotel and rooms and the front desk staff didn't care that the hallways smelled of smoke. Safe didn't work and no one showed up over three days to do anything to fix it.
Uncomfortable and dirty never going back to this location.
My room was comfortable, the towels and bedding were clean and not too bleached, and the front desk woman was a gracious host. It is not an upscale joint, but it did the job and you can't beat the price.
We had a room that faced the car dealer. They played music ALL night long!!!! I asked the hotel staff about this and they said they've complained several times, even calling the police, yet nothing is done. If I hadn't booked this on-line and wouldn't have lost my pre-payment, I would have left this hotel in a heart beat!!!
Hair dryer didn't work. Front desk offered no options. I suggested access to a nearby room to dry hair, which Front Desk accommodated. Stayed additional night & moved across hallway, but room had funky/urine-y smell to it. In both rooms bed cover was noticeably stained. Noticeable marks on doors & walls. Have stayed here before & it was fine for the price, but not this time. Also have bowl sink that sits atop console - guess it's part of an "updated" look but was too high, making even simple task of washing face a wet experience!
Curtains would not close and chair you sat in and fell over. Slight smell. But that could be from the dogs before us. We had our dog with us.
Nice hotel, pretty clean room, very comfortable beds. Personnel is very polite and helpful.
Always great staff and awesome breakfast included.
