My place is located in the best tourist area in Puerto Rico, La Parguera, "Water Front Vibrant Community". Just 3 mins walking distance to El Poblado where you can find tour packages for gorgeous keys like Caracol & Mata La Gata. Enjoy access to boating, jet-skiing, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, scuba, paddle boarding, or just relax by nearby beaches, like Playita Rosada, a unique in-land ocean pool, 10 mins away by car w/ BBQ Gazebo, mountain biking and hiking trails to unforgettable views.
Whether you want to spend a short time with us, or have a longer stay for family visits and/or business, we welcome all to join us in the experience of the Guayacan Guest House.

You will not only be thrilled by the price but by the experience you get for passing through. We strive to make your stay a memorable and wonderful experience with a top notch cleaning standard.

For you we have a cozy and comfortable apartment with a patio that can sleep up to 5 people. It has 1 large bedroom with air condition, 2 full beds, all equipped with mattress covers, sheets, and pillows. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for 2, a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, pots and pans, microwave, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, dishwashing soap, and paper towels. One full bathroom with all the essential toiletry (towels, bar soap, shampoo/conditioner), water heater, a hair blower, and iron/iron board. A recreational area room with one dining set, a daybed-sofa, and a 22” Smart TV. The entire apartment has wifi. For a memorable relaxing time after a long day filled with adventures, the apartment has a patio with a hammock, a picnic table and a majestic sunset view.

The entire apartment is on the first floor of a private complex next to another apartment with its entrance located in the back of the building. Each apartment has their own private patio. There is a gated spacious shared parking lot for cars and small water vessels. The property has 24-hour camera surveillance for your security. Camping and parties are not allowed. Trained and services dog are welcome with a small fee.

Self checking and assistance is provided by a local host 24/7. I am available to offer help throughout your stay via phone and text message.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a desk.

Leave the used towels and bed sheet on top of the used beds. Verify that no items are left behind, since we are not responsible once you checkout the unit.
Turn off the A/C unit. Ensure all stove gas and oven knobs are closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

nos gustó mucho el lugar, solo tuvimos problemas con el estacionamiento, ya que tuvimos que estacionarnos afuera porque nos ocuparon nuestro lugar y atravesaron un bote en la entrada del portón. Recomiendo poner líneas para que las personas se estacionen con más prudencia. Todo lo demás estuvo súper. Tremendo lugar, muy comodo y a buen precio.

It was really close to Las Pargueras that we could walk and far enough that we didn’t hear the loud music at night. It was comfortable and clean and everything was easy to handle on my own at checkin and checkout. Recommend it for a mini getaway.
