Sea Esta Ocean View Stunning Laguna Beach House is a clean and updated 2,762 sq. ft. Ocean View Detached Single Family Home that sits on a lush 12,600 sq. ft. corner lot offering ocean, garden, & hillside views less than 1 mile from Victoria Beach & 1 mile from Moulton Meadows Park. This modern beach house has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths plus an office/loft. As you enter from the private driveway with no steps through the main entrance you will be amazed by the Open Concept Ocean View living room complete with cozy fireplace & glass sliding doors that open up the home to make the outside & inside one. Adjacent to the living room is a one of a kind live edge solid wood dining table that seats 10. Included in this open ocean view space is a Gourmet Kitchen at the center of the home featuring a 20 x 5 ft. Granite Kitchen Island with counter seating for 10. This special kitchen will delight any chef with plenty of storage, all stainless appliances, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 sinks, 2 garbage drawers with recycling, 6 burner gas stove with a griddle, and an air fryer, and a drawer microwave. The kitchen is equipped with anything you can imagine you will need during your stay. On the other side of the kitchen is a TV room with a cozy fireplace, & a downstairs bedroom with queen bunk beds and with its own full bathroom. Both rooms open up to a private back patio with an outdoor dining area, gas fireplace, and BBQ. Aslo downstairs, is a half bath for guests, & laundry room. Upstairs you will find the primary room with a king bed, walk-in closet, ocean view deck, & a private luxury primary bathroom, an ocean view office/loft, and 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds that share a larger double sink, updated bathroom & a hillside & garden view private deck. Pool and Ping Pong Table in the backyard. Come & relax or venture out just minutes to the beaches, restaurants, parks with tennis, tot lots, basketball courts, soccer fields, dog parks, & walking trails. The free city trolly, private driveway, & free public street parking makes getting around easy. Just bring your clothes & unwind because starter kits for all your needs will be included.
