This was one of the worst hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. Despite having a fully confirmed Expedia booking for 9 nights, my wife, two children, and I were denied check-in on arrival. We travelled all the way from London to Lagos, only to be told at the hotel that the apartment was already occupied and that no room or alternative accommodation was available. This was extremely distressing, especially with young children after a long international journey. The hotel showed poor communication, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for guest welfare. No assistance, solution, or apology was offered. We were left stranded and forced to arrange emergency accommodation elsewhere at a very high cost. This property clearly does not manage its bookings properly and should not be trusted. I strongly advise families and travellers to avoid this hotel, as confirmed reservations are not honoured.
