The hotel put me in a mould infested room with a bed that was extremely stained. I was so disgusted so I didn’t stay long enough to take as many pictures as I could. The hotel didn’t bother to offer me another room. They checked me out and left me to go look for another place to stay. Now they are refusing to refund my money. All of this happened last night. I have attached the one picture I was able to take.
Fahrenheit Loft is one of the best hotels in their class of hotels. Their rooms are spacious, extremely neat, and the staff are very professional - courteous to a fault. The view is lovely. Did I mention the food? Yummy😀.
Beautiful and spacious. Worth every Kobo. Easy access roads. The time between power outage and when the power generating set takes over is just a few seconds compared to other hotels that spend forever to put on their generator.
This hotel has the potential to be great yet a lot of issues came about in my stay. For one the claim to have an ocean view yet the ocean is so far out all you see are trees, and mud and horrible smell of manure. I gave them my bed sheet to wash for me, a bed sheet i just bought and came to that hotel with and the brought it back to me wet and then when i told the guy while he was there it was wet he took it back and brought it the next day fried! They left it in the dryer for so long that it friend my white bed sheet and left brown dryer marks on it. Instead of doing what a normal company would do by compensating me for the damage all they said to me was sorry! Sorry? thats not going to buy me a new bed sheet plus the inconvenience. Plus i hated the fact their bedding was filthy too and needs to be changed. I was locked out of the room because of the battery was dead in the door, the fridge didn't work, and to top it off i was supposed to get breakfast that was part of what i paid for and never received it. I was very disappointed and feel they have major work to do. Learn how to treat your customers. We pay for a good experience not the bad service i received.
It felt like being at home. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and each has a balcony. Rooms have an AC, TV, fridge and coffee maker. The food is good and you have a great variety of continental and authentic Nigerian meals. It is quiet and clean. Loved it. Looking forward to being back again soon.
Cool, quiet and cosy environment, Courteous staff, clean spacious room and ok wifi. Breakfast was good, the pool (though compact) i found clean and refreshing.Dinner was ok as well. Parking though is a coordinated affair as it can be limited if the hotel is full.Fahrenheit loft is a must visit if you have to stay in Lagos.I had a lovely stay.
At first the pictures of this hotel and other people's review attracted me to it. However, my stay proved otherwise. I stayed there for 9 days. The staff tried their best to make the stay pleasant. I wasn't 100% satisfied still. Mosquitoes were having a field day in the hotel. I had to treat for malaria soon after I checked out. Internet is slow, no gym. The A/C in the room is the only part I like. It cools really good. I'd say they tried their best, it didn't just work for me.
One of the best kept secrets of lagos. Very good atmosphere. The best of the beautiful people of lagos. Feels positive. Who cares about the price when is worth every kobo. Right opposite eko hotel and just close to bar beach. Only parking could be an issue
The room was big, clean, had a touch of art, and a lovely bathroom. Complimentary breakfast is for one so if you are going with someone, be prepared to pay for the other person's breakfast. Staff were courteous. I like like their lounge and their swimming pool area is lovely if you are the solo, easy-going traveler.
This wasn't my first time at Fahrenheit but my best friend and I wanted to have a girls weekend so we decided to stay here cause central location, decent price and it's usually not too busy. The room was big, the bathroom was even bigger, good start to the weekend. There's hardly any parking so my car had to be parked near the bins outside the gate, wasn't too pleased. Anyway, after having their breakfast buffet which was just alright we were told that the breakfast is only free for one guest and we had to pay an extra N3,000 for the additional person. This I didn't understand cause there're two people staying in the room but whatever. In the evening I go down to the restaurant to read a book and have some ice cream. Ice cream with crumbs was lovely until the bill came. N2,500 for ice cream. Back story: the previous week I had been to Fahrenheit for a meeting, I had a huge platter of seasonal fruits and ice cream with crumbs and the bill was N2,000 but for some reason ice cream by itself was more expensive. This I thought was very silly of them. Overall the service is good, rooms are nicely decorated and well cleaned but the food isn't great and they'll find anyway to charge you extra for mediocre food.
