Excellent. 10 stars. Everyone we encountered from the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean. Excellent rooms and views. Restaurants were superb. Would highly recommend and plan on staying again my next visit.
Property was excellent. Stayed at the property before when it was the intercontinental. When i first got to the property, i had to argue with the staff that i bookef for four days. Staff felt iwas lying because in the system i only booked for 3 days. Luckily i had to oull out my tablet to show i was staying for 4 days. Secondly, i never felt so embarrassed when i was eating breakfast with my soouse and the staff had to come to my table and tell me my stay did not include breakfadt. Again I had to go upstairs to grab my tablet to show to them that breakfast was included in my package.
The location was convenient & central to most attractions. The food was great quality, offering many options with reasonable times. Staff were respectful, thoughtful & very accommodating. I’d stay here again, and recommend to others.
