I was too busy with meetings to try breakfast so cannot give any comments on that or food service. Before arriving I had serious reservations based on the affordable price, I worried that it would be a few nights of PAIN and DISCOMFORT. I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of Reception Team on arrival, particularly Ms. Blessing - all staff are doing their best - for this price level you are getting the equivalent of any major city’s 3 star apart/hotel style comfort. Good value, everything worked, co complaints from me whatsoever - I will continue to use this property and encourage the management team to maintain this current standard, please please please Overall 8 out of 10

I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this property especially considering the price. The staff was beyond friendly, property ground clean and modern, room sizes great, shower very hot, ac worked great which is a must in Lagos. The breakfast was simple and tasteful and the common areas were open 24/7 for entertainment yet very quiet for those sleeping, great for anyone up experiencing jet lag. Would easily return.

This used to be my go-to for visits to Nigeria but it seems both the property and service has deteriorated since opening. The air conditioner in our room was blowing hot air, we barely had warm water to shower and the appliances need immediate upgrade. The staff generally treated me well and the food was delicious.
