Great location at the top of old town. About 2 minutes to the centre of town and about 10 minutes to the marina. The rooftop was a beautiful spot! Light sleepers come prepared - you will hear street noise and seagulls even with the shutters closed. Overall a clean and comfortable stay, would recommend to friends and family.

Our stay was very good. It is a great location in the heart of old town Lagos with great proximity to the beaches. The entire process from check in to check out was seamless and we were very happy with the property.

Property was in a fantastic central location and the layout was exactly as described. Loved having the laundry and the roof top deck. Beds were comfy and the AC was a must. Check in was tricky because the instructions said to call the host (we didn’t have a working cell phone) but we were able to WhatsApp message instead which was perfect. Some said the property was hard to find but we entered the address in Google Maps and it took us right to the door.

Lots of space for the three of us. We weren't working but a wonderful area for working and such a plus to have the outdoor area. Kitchen large enough to make meals and so close to so many things. We had some issues with the electricity when washing clothes but minor to deal with really. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, clean unit, lots of room, 3 bathrooms, beautiful rooftop terrace. Check in was a little challenging, we had to go retrieve the key from the rental office ourselves which was not made clear prior to our arrival (the location of the office was not given until check in time). The downstairs bedroom was a bit damp, musky. Had to complete a few tasks prior to departure including taking out all the garbages and putting them in the municipal bins on the street. However, overall it is great value for the location and nice space.

Fantastic 3 month stay

The house is ideally located and within walking distance to the beaches, grocery stores, attractions, and so many restaurants. We stayed for 3 months and look forward to returning. The property managers were very accommodating and responsive to our questions.

Great location!

We loved the location and it was wonderful to have access to laundry during our stay. The rooftop was really lovely, as well. The downstairs shower smelled a little musty, and there was some sand where the washing machine was, but otherwise the place was very clean. We would stay here again.

Oasis in Lagos

What a phenomenal place. If you want to be minutes walk to the life of town center, but also have a quiet oasis when you want to relax, this is the spot. The roof deck was perfect for a late afternoon drink and snacks before dinner. The seafood/sandwich shop literally around the corner is great too. Rent with confidence that what you see is what you’ll get.

Perfect location in Lagos to explore the area. We were always able to find parking near the property. The safe was locked when we arrived. We messaged the host but didn’t receive a reply so we couldn’t use it. The property is beautiful and well appointed.

Absolutely wonderful

This place was amazing. We fell in love with the rooftop terrace. The apartment was in immaculate shape. The inside looks even better than the photos online. It's modern, lots of natural light, comfortable beds, three bathrooms. Also, it's in a perfect location, only a block away from the center of town and two blocks from the marina. I highly recommend this property for a stay in Lagos.

MANY positives and good overall experience

Positives: Nice modern multi-level apartment with good amenities including well-appointed kitchen, nice appliances, washer/dryer, comfortable bedding and nice quality towels. Great location close to MANY shops, restaurants, beaches and attractions. Negatives: A little difficult to find. Hard to drag baggage to location from train station. Would suggest an optional check-in that provides local pick-up and escort to facility for a small upcharge. Bathrooms do not have sufficient exhaust fans to evacuate steam from showers. This made bathrooms "swampy", especially the lower level bedroom/bath combo. Overall we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our Lagos, Portugal experiences. Apartment was very stylish and functional with an excellent location.

Lob und Kritik

Lob: Die Lage, moderne, hochwertige Renovierung, attraktive Dachterasse. Kritik: Das Schlafzimmer in der untersten Etage war fensterlos und ohne Belüftung. Eine Zumutung!! Die Küche war hochwertig gestaltet, aber: die Austattung mit Töpfen, Geschirr und Besteck war mehr als dürftig. Mit jeweils 4 Einheiten ist die Spülmaschine überflüssig, da Besteck und Gechirr zwischendurch wieder gebraucht wurden und so von Hand gespült werden mussten. Der Hauptpreis geht an die Bratpfanne billigster Machart, Beschichtung durch Reinigungsvorgänge vor längerer Zeit vollständig abgetragen, der Boden war extrem durchgebogen. Angesetzte Speisereste waren sehr unapetitlich!! Die Töpfe waren ähnlich. Die Küchenasstattung steht in keinem Verhältnis zu übrigen Ausstattung. Für wenig Geld wäre dieses unangenehme Erlebnis vermeidbar.

Good Location

The deck is great. The kitchen and living area are spacious. The freezer was clogged with ice and needed to be defrosted. The unit was generally clean but could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Perfect location though. Close to everything.

Die Wohnung ist eigentlich toll: schick, gut gelegen und eine großartige Dachterasse. Was unser Erlebnis einschränkt sind eine Reihe von Kleinigkeiten - schlecht anlaufende Duschen, fehlende Decken, muffiger Geruch in einem der Schlafzimmer etc., die eigentlich nicht so ärgerlich gewesen wären, wenn nicht gleichzeitig der Vermieter so kleinlich und wenig kooperativ wäre.
