This property did not look anything like the photos in the listing. It is extremely tired, worn and unkempt. The outside areas are overgrown and uncared for. The apartment was very small (it looked quite spacious on the listing). The sofa bed was absolutely filthy inside.

RĂ©sidence open at 16pm, arrived at our room air conditioning doesn’t work, reception told us they rent without air conditioning 😂😂😂. Fortunately we checked out before the hot week arrived. Sink broken, water everywhere. Main door locked had broken . The quiet dirty lots of tĂąches. Bad experience!

The check in was late (from 18:00 to 20:00) and the flat was not ready. Had to wait about 1 hour and a half before being able to check in. When entering, we saw the cleaning was partially done. Dust were still on the floor and a bit everywhere. We booked the full package with towels, shower gel and bedsheets but it is only the 2nd day where we were provided those items. When noticed, we went back to the reception but it was already closed. We slept the first night without bedsheets and had no towels. The flat is overall ok but not in the best conditions (AC old and not working, dog hairs on the blankets, dust on the floor, broken sofa, damaged floor
). Despite this experience, the company were very short of staff and we felt like they did everything they could to maintain the place and their work. We wished that there was a better organization.

grande déception

Séjour derniÚre semaine d'août. Pas de climatisation dans l'appartement, alors que c'était prévu dans l'annonce, remplacé par ventilateurs ! Les jeux pour enfants étaient fermés car travaux à faire. La cuisine n'a pas de plan de travail. Elle n'est pas du tout pratique. Manque de placard à hauteur d'homme. Les balais et serpillÚres sont dans la cuisine, sans rangement, à l'air libre, ce qui n'est pas du tout hygiénique! Un petit retour pour faire un comptoir plan de travail serait le bien venue. En ce qui concerne les couverts, il fallait faire la vaisselle à chaque repas sinon, pas assez de couverts! Deux des abat-jours étaient cassés. Sur les 4 chaises extérieures, une était cassée. Un ascenseur menant au parking ne fonctionnait pas. Le portillon de la piscine avait le verrouillage qui ne fonctionnait pas. Manque d'entretien en général.

Les installations sont vĂ©tustes, l’entretien laisse vraiment Ă  dĂ©sirer, et l’hygiĂšne n’est pas au rendez-vous : je n’ai mĂȘme pas eu le courage d’utiliser la salle de bain. Je cherche encore les trois Ă©toiles que je n'ai pas trouvĂ© dans cet hĂŽtel, photos pas d'actualitĂ©s, vieux et vĂ©tuste. Je n'aurai jamais pris cet hĂŽtel, mais rĂ©servation par internet et paiement d'avance donc obligĂ© de rester. Les seuls+ de ce lieux le parking souterrain gratuit, la piscine et le nom de l'hĂŽtel qui laissait rĂȘver un peu mais qui ne correspond pas du tout au lieux.

Non, je cite « nous ne pouvons pas vous mettre sur les petits dĂ©jeuners car il n’y a personne d’autres.. », quelle surprise quand Ă  9h40, heure de rendre les clĂ©s, nous apercevons des clients se rĂ©galer gentiment de leurs petits dĂ©jeuners
 Une communication dĂ©sastreuse, un Ă©tablissement en ruine (je ne parle pas de l’ascenseur C qui fait un bruit digne d’un rupteur de moto et qui a sa vitre Ă©clatĂ©e

 Si vous voulez perdre de l’argent c’est le bon plan, sinon une tente deux secondes Ă  DĂ©cathlon est bien mieux rentable.

L’ascenseur C comme Catastrophique.
Heureusement que les clients ne payent pas le chauffage

L’avantage est que l’on peut savourer les restes des clients d’avant, sympathique le partage.

Un séjour correct, mais on est arrivé à 17 h pour récupérer notre chambre et là 45mn de queue avant d'arriver à la réception.nous avons récupéré notre clef à 18h15, le temps de poser les affaires dans la chambre, nous avons profiter 15 mn de la piscine car elle fermait à 19h. De plus la clim etait en panne. Parcontre une trÚs bonne literie et la baignoire un vrai plus.

J’ai rĂ©servĂ© avec mĂ©nage inclus, Ă  l’arrivĂ©e on me dit que non qu’il faut que j’aille voir la responsable. La responsable, peu aimable, m’indique qu’il faudra laver la cuisine avant de partir. ArrivĂ© dans l’appartement nous ouvrons le frigo qui dĂ©gage une odeur nausĂ©abonde, nous allons voir la responsable qui nous dit faire intervenir quelqu’un le lendemain mais personne n’est jamais venu. Dans la chambre la lumiĂšre reste en permanence allumĂ© style veilleuse. Vaisselle sale, Ă©vier sale
 bref 1ere et derniĂšre fois chez vacanceole. Le site est Ă  l’abandon, les jeux pour enfants fermĂ© depuis dĂ©cembre de ce que nous a dit la responsable. Le pĂ©dicure de la piscine franchement degueulasse et des vis autour de la piscine qui dĂ©passent. Le soir aprĂšs 22h cela reste trĂšs bruyant car ça rĂ©sonne Ă©normĂ©ment.

Deux nuits pas plus

A notre arrivĂ©e nous avons Ă©tĂ© surpris par la beautĂ© du cadre extĂ©rieur, passĂ© la porte d'entrĂ©e plus rien Ă  voir. Une haie de chariot avec des sacs orange Élis, sur votre gauche un bar qui sert de dĂ©barras et devant vous derriĂšre l'accueil un sommier. Vous pourrez admirer tout cela depuis la salle du petit dĂ©jeuner. Passer la porte de notre studio le festival continue. Les premiĂšres impressions ne sont pas bonnes, on remarque que ça tombe en ruine (odeur, vasque se salle de bains casser, rideaux Ă  moitiĂ© accrocher,..) En dĂ©pliant le canapĂ© lit, surprise nous retrouvons les draps, oreillers et chaussettes sales des anciens locataires!!! Pas de tĂ©lĂ©commande pour la tĂ©lĂ©, rĂ©ponse de l'accueil : le technicien est partit, vous en aurez une demain, en attendant il y a un bouton derriĂšre. (On attend toujours la tĂ©lĂ©commande) Petit dĂ©jeuner pour 30€ pour deux adultes et deux enfants, bof... Pour 20€ il y a une boulangerie Ă  cĂŽtĂ© on a beaucoup mieux dĂ©jeuner, du bon pains, un vrai jus d'orange. Par chance nous sommes restĂ©s que 2 nuits et heureusement vu le prix!
