This townhouse is enviably located just a short walk to Carvoeiro center and the beach. Stylish and modern in design, the furnishings and decor are light and perfect for the sea front location.



There are two bedrooms, one with double bed there is a further twin bedroom. There is a bathroom on both the ground and first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern in design and has a small terrace to the exterior of the property. The apartment is fully double glazed and has electric shutters throughout. The sea views from the master bedroom are excellent and there is a small terrace to enjoy the view. From this room there is also access to large roof terrace with views of the town and sea.Externally, there is a large communal swimming pool (with seperate children's pool) sea and town views, sun beds and umbrellas.

Carvioero Break

This is our third visit and second time to this complex and although we have stayed in different units our experience has been very positive each time. The location is very accessible both to the town as well as Monte Carvioero . We had the choice of dining either way and we found new places to eat which has now widened our choice even further.

Perfect peaceful town house

We are a family of 4, with 15 and 10 year old daughters. We enjoy self-catering accommodation and the flexibility of exploring our chosen holiday destinations. This property is in a perfect location, 5 min walk up a gentle hill from the town centre and beach, but tucked away enough to be peaceful at night (there was a stage and bands playing during late August, but we couldn't hear them at night). The house has everything we needed, a well-supplied kitchen, air con in both bedrooms and the living room. We had a prime position by the pool which we used every day. Parking is underground and spacious - parking in Carvoeiro is limited so this property offers enough parking for 3 vehicles. This is one property we can see ourselves staying at again soon. The neighbours are respectful, quiet and friendly and the accommodation is well maintained, safe and clean. There are a range of supermarkets nearby, some in walking distance and the larger ones a short drive away. This is a perfect house for families of all ages. Carvoeiro is a good quality town, a lack of huge and sprawling developments keeps visitor numbers down. Perfect location for exploring the beautiful Algarve.

Lovely town house

The property is well maintained and in a good location, steps up to the roof terrace are a bit daunting, especially if you are taking drinks etc up there. Lovely view from the balcony of the main bedroom Plenty of seating both inside and outside, plenty of crockery, cooking utensils.

My husband and our toddler stayed for 4 nights. There was plenty of space and the views were amazing. The kitchen was very well stocked and made it easy to keep our toddler fed. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful view and location

Lovely property, great location. I especially loved the fact you can hear the sea while sitting on the balcony. Quiet area, but in easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, beach etc. The townhouse is well equipped and nicely furnished throughout. There isn't a shower on the ground floor as it says in the description, just a guest toilet, but that didn't bother us. All in all, I would definitely stay here again; Carvoeiro is one of the most beautiful places on the Algarve.

Slice of paradise

We had an amazing stay for a week recently in this beautifully appointed home with everything you need at your fingertips. Easy access to the pool and only a quick walk to the beach and fantastic restaurants. Would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in a family friendly, quiet town in the Algarve!

This is the second visit to this central apartment complex, this time int he townhouse vs a flat previous, this was fine once the neighbours went as the walls do transmit noise as the floors are tiled and carry shoes. apart from this all was well and would recommend this to other travellers.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in traumhafter Lage mit Abzügen durch das Umfeld

Wir waren 9 Tage im August 2025 im Bayhouse H und es war eine tolle Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht von Carvoeiro. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet aber es fehlen einige Dinge die man erwartet. Zur Wohnung, alles sauber und geordnet aber nicht wirklich funktionell. Viele Kochlöffel Pfannenwender und Soßen/Nudellöffel aber z.bkein Kartoffelschäler oder ein scharfes Messer. Nur 15cm Pfannen und bei der größeren lôst sich das Teflon auf. Der Grill ist in Funktion eines Oberhitzegrills in der Microwelle integriert. Das ist für mich leider keine BBQ Möglichkeit und als Grill auch nicht wirklich eine Alternative auch wenn es so betitelt wird. Aber wer ohnehin zum Essen ausgeht dem ist das keine Erwähnung wert. Wie gesagt, Kochen geht unter Berücksichtigung diverser Hilfen die man sich schaffen muss. Zum Umfeld, Carvoeiro ist sehr Britisch was den Tourismus betrifft. Die einen mögen es, andere nicht so sehr. Ich fand das Verhalten in Sachen Sauberkeit, Mülltrennung, Selbstverständlichkeiten beim Gruppenleben usw was die Gäste verursachen teilweise grenzwertig. Aber das ist wohl Ansichtssache. Ansonsten ist die Poolbeschaffung durch ablösende Fliesen renovierungsbedürftig. Aber er war immer sauber und gepflegt.
