I have been to this property several times but on this particular the customer service was horrible, and my room didn’t have working lights in the rest room and the desk clerk claimed she couldn’t move us to another room because they were booked. My whole experience this booking was horrible not to mention that when I got to the hotel it took us almost and hour to check in because the clerk said orbitz card wasn’t going through for my reservation after being on the phone back and forward the card finally goes through for us to get to the room and the lights wouldn’t work.

I like that hotel in walking distance to restaurants.

The room was quiet and comfortable, staff was very friendly and attentive. The sheets and towels were clean and fresh- only complaint was the carpet looked like it could use a good steam clean. Overall great experience.

For activities in the area hotel is in a convenient location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The beds were comfy. The breakfast was decent. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and looked nice. But we could hear the man on the other side of the wall snoring. And my son forgot his shoes. I called the front desk within minutes of us checking out and informed them that he forgot them and we would be back for them. Apparently someone needed a new pair of Sperrys because they "were not found." Overall a good value.

Hotel was clean with a great staff. Amenities included a pool, fitness center, and laundry. Our dog was welcomed and it seems that weren't alone in that regard. All in all a great experience.

The room was well decorated-understated elegance. People were friendly & the breakfast was delicious & meticulously maintained.

I have not stayed at a LaQuinta in a couple of years. I was pleasantly surprised at the changes to the decor. The room was very comparable to Hampton Inn which I stay at frequently. The bed and linens have been upgraded and make this a great value since it was a cheaper rate than I have ever paid at Hampton.

Good Afternoon Alice; Thanks a bunch for writing a review regarding you recent stay with us! I am very pleased that the employees were courteous and helpful! We strive for each guest to have a great stay! I apologize for the juice machine, we were supposed to have a replacement machine since the later part of last week. Also we are not allowed to season the eggs because some guests have dietary requirements. Thanks again for staying with us and hope that you have a great rest of your day!
