Made a reservation a month before my trip. When I arrived they did not have my room and tried to give me a smaller room with one bed, but I needed two for my kids. After arguing with me they finally gave me a different double queen, but the pull out bed was filthy and rusty and broken. The room smelled awful, like old cigarettes, despite it saying it was a non-smoking room. The door lock was broken and loose, and the key cards didn't work half the time, requiring me to have to keep coming back to the desk.

Comfortable stay

We stayed 3 nights and they never came in to empty trash or give fresh towels. Breakfast is basic continental, best go to Waffle House across street for breakfast or there’s McDonald’s nearby.

Everything was ok until one of the housekeeper went back into my room after I refused service for my room and one of my outfits I've never worn with the tags on it and it was taken out of my room. I'm still waiting to hear from management about the situation.

The toilet didn’t flush, you couldn’t bring your breakfast in your room even though they ran out of everything by 7am, the blow dryer was sparking and we had only wash towel they said they were still washing them.

I booked 2 king bed suites. Although front desk staff sd one room was "upgraded" since the original booked room was not available they were both still wrong. One room had a full bed and a pull out couch. The other room was more like an apartment with a living room area and a jacuzzi tub. It did have 2 beds an d a pull out couch but both beds were still full size. There were children (teen age) running in lobby and hallways. They were seen laying on the floors and slding through the lobby. Staff never told them to stop.

Room was dirty. The sofa bed had trash inside like old food that fell down in the sofa and never got cleaned. Do not stay in this hotel at all. The building itself you can tell it hasnt been maintain properly in years.

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay with few frills, this is it. Front desk staff is friendly. But after staying in 3 rooms over the course of two trips to visit family, I'm finally bothered enough to warn people away. There were lots of little things that added up, plus one big thing. The little things: rooms were not completely clean, the hotel was a bit run down with plaster falling off in some places, room keys were deactivated daily, friends of the staff frequently hung out in the driveway in front of the hotel, and breakfast food ran out about 45 minutes before it was supposed to. All that could be forgiven except for the big thing: I was given a room with a peed-in bed. The sheets had been changed, but not the mattress cover or the mattress itself, so it all smelled like urine. I felt like an idiot for not noticing the smell before jumping into bed after a late night. They swapped me to a different room, but that room had candy wrappers on the floor, a used towel, and missing light bulbs. I won't be staying here again.
