Checked in and was sent to the Inn. So I parked my car, unloaded it, carried bags to only get to door to realize my cards weren’t activated . I had to get back in car, drive across the street to find the

Not entirely sure the word resort should be included in their title. Motel style rooms - old fashioned decor & style and indoor pool isn’t attached to rooms so you still have to walk outside

For a winter getaway the pool and hot-tub were great. Good breakfast (the included continental featured several kinds of pastries, muffins, bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee etc. Hot buffet upgrade for $7 was excellent value) Main entrance area was being renovated (Feb 2020).

Location was unique. Grounds and view were excellent. Customer service was good. Sort of off the beaten path. A little inconvenient, but pleasant quiet. Were very accommodating to special needs persons!!

This was a one night getaway in the off-season and it was great! The indoor pool, hot tub and sauna were fantastic! The staff was super friendly and the location was very close to Gunstock and restaurants.

Convention facilities could use an update; restrooms, in particular. A beautiful location but definitely needs some remodeling to keep up its venue to attract conventions.

The room was very nice and roomy. The beds were super comfortable. The pool, lobby/bar and hot tub were awesome. I would definitely stay here again. Great location.

We had an excellent all around experience in this hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The Gazebo was wonderful for food and drink and talk, And the indoor pool and hot tub were just what we needed. The only things we saw lacking were in the room and hallway of the building we were in. Paint and updates, and clean carpets are needed in the not so distant future, but overall, it was a great experience, and we will go back to the hotel again if we need to.

The first room was not ready so we were given a up grade, closer to the water. The King size bed was very squeaky and lumpy.

Close to beach...nice place..bar on water...beautiful view...bed a little hard..

beautiful beach and out door bar. very relaxing trip will go again

Understaffed, long wait to xheck in reserved room was ready almost hour late due to lack of housekeeping staff. Too many policy rules and regulagions at hotel you bace to sign. Room had crumbs on floor was vacuumed. Tub not clean. Whole waiting for boat on dock at hotel staff on beach harassed us waiting asking for key and requiring us to ckver a cooler w a towel while sitting on the beach. We were paid gursts drinking coffee with a closed luch cooler just sitting when approached rudely. Staff needs training.

Great pool with hot tub and sauna. Very generous and selective complimentary breakfast. Room was nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Tv/cable lots of channels to choose from. Close to Gunstock Mountain, which was the reason for our stay.

Was surprised by the roominess of room but being right next to the exit door of the building was terrible. Could hear everyone who kept exiting thru the door, had to keep my tv on the whole night to try and drown out the noise. Room was very clean, pillows aren’t the best, but the soundproofing needs improvement. I was in the Inn building.

Hotel is ok but it's not a resort. We stayed across the street at the INN building, felt like we were at a different hotel sharing the ammentities of the main building. The lobby was nice also the pool was nice Restaurant staff were not friendly

Good day, I hope this finds you well. I am very sorry to hear about that frustrating experience you had. If you find yourself back this way again next year, I would be happy to offer you a couple of complimentary drinks at our Beach Bar. Please reach out to me if so, my name is Rebecca and I am the Reservations Manager here. I hope that you and your family are doing well during these challenging times, and I wish you a good day.
