Lovely view of Paugus Bay, comfortable accommodations, helpful staff.
Having its own private beach was amazing. Great area to go and just hang out

The resort is convenient and a reasonably economic choice for a stay in the region. The property lobby and other facilities have been more recently updated, but the rooms have not had the same upgrade and are clearly showing their wear. The window couldn't be opened for safety reasons; the electric outlets can't keep a charger in them; the wifi didn't reach our room, and even in the lobby was atrocious; the beds are old. Housekeeping didn't come to our room the entire stay, and we actually found a dirty diaper in our room from the guests who stayed before us. The front desk staff were a mixed bag, with some who were helpful but others who were antagonistic. The beach and pool on the property were nice. The beach bar was a bit disorganized, and it took time to get food and drinks, which were average. Come for the easy access to Laconia, the beach and pool at the hotel.

We had a lakeside view a perfect location for a getaway from being cooped up during Covid. I enjoyed sitting on the beach and decompressing. The sunsets were lovely. The staff and the accommodations were impeccable. Your staff are top notch. We will be back next year.
Great place. Friendly. Beautiful. Well cleaned attractive room
Checked in and was sent to the Inn. So I parked my car, unloaded it, carried bags to only get to door to realize my cards weren’t activated . I had to get back in car, drive across the street to find the
Not entirely sure the word resort should be included in their title. Motel style rooms - old fashioned decor & style and indoor pool isn’t attached to rooms so you still have to walk outside
For a winter getaway the pool and hot-tub were great. Good breakfast (the included continental featured several kinds of pastries, muffins, bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee etc. Hot buffet upgrade for $7 was excellent value) Main entrance area was being renovated (Feb 2020).
Location was unique. Grounds and view were excellent. Customer service was good. Sort of off the beaten path. A little inconvenient, but pleasant quiet. Were very accommodating to special needs persons!!
This was a one night getaway in the off-season and it was great! The indoor pool, hot tub and sauna were fantastic! The staff was super friendly and the location was very close to Gunstock and restaurants.
Convention facilities could use an update; restrooms, in particular. A beautiful location but definitely needs some remodeling to keep up its venue to attract conventions.
The room was very nice and roomy. The beds were super comfortable. The pool, lobby/bar and hot tub were awesome. I would definitely stay here again. Great location.
