On the road leading to the southern beaches and close to the centre of the resort, large family house, 135m² approximately, for the reception of 10 people. A good level of equipment for this rental comprising five bedrooms on two levels. The house is set in a wooded garden with a masonry barbecue and garden furniture at the back of the house. The kitchen area is open to the dining room, which has a view on both sides of the house. The sleeping arrangements are divided between three bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the garden level. 4 double beds and 2 single beds. Two TV rooms, one on each level. Two shower rooms, one per level. Two independent toilets, one per level. Two parking spaces on the grounds. Your pet is welcome. Reach the beaches, shops, restaurants, ice-cream parlours and surf schools at 300m, the golf course at 3km and the lake at about 6km (REF 05025). ANCV holiday vouchers accepted.

Séjour bien agréable dans une grande maison dont la disposition des pieces et l'etage rez de jardin offre de multiple possibiilté et souplesse d'utilisation des espaces.

Séjour très sympathique
La maison est idéalement située, un vrai plaisir de pouvoir accéder au centre ville à pieds. C'était parfait pour un séjour en famille avec des ado qui ont pu disposer d'une partie de la maison (l'étage niveau jardin) ce qui a permis à chacun de vivre ses vacances à son rythme. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le jardin est vraiment appréciable et calme. Un seul bémol, la salle de bain un peu exigue et sans rangements. Et le ménage n'était pas nickel à l'arrivée, malgré une prestation payante obligatoire à la fin de chaque séjour.
