Sehr schönes Haus. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Ein paar LiegestĂŒhle im Garten auf der Terrasse wĂ€ren schön und ein vernĂŒnftiger Tisch bzw StĂŒhle draußen. Der Gemeinschaftspool bzw die Regeln am Pool sind wirklich seltsam. Keine Liegen, d.h. es liegen dort teilweise 60/70-jahre alte Menschen auf den HandtĂŒchern auf den Steinplatten- etwas ErbĂ€rmlich. Und es soll nicht mit BĂ€llen am und im Pool gespielt werden und nur eng anliegende schwimmkleidung, also fĂŒr MĂ€nner keine Shorts, getragen werden. Und man soll dort nicht trinken- klar super bei 30grad in der Sonne ohne schattenbereiche! Ich wurde mit meinem 8-jĂ€hrigen Sohn, mit dem ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt ALLEINE am Pool Ball gespielt habe, von einer Bewohnerin des Parks, die dafĂŒr extra an den Pool gekommen ist, ermahnt dass ich das unterlassen soll.Meine Bitte: dann baut den Pool wieder ab wenn ihr derartige lĂ€cherliche Regeln aufstellt!

Bon sĂ©jour, bonne communication avec Emmanuelle! Emplacement parfait, calme et reposant! L’amĂ©nagement et la relative anciennetĂ© du mobilier (agencement, petite cuisine, absence de congĂ©lateur, absence de parasol sur la terrasse, chauffe eau dans une chambre donc chaleur
) font que pour un we c’était parfait mais pour une semaine un peu moins, en tout cas pour nous avec des enfants en bas Ăąges! Merci Ă  Emmanuelle pour sa gentillesse et flexibilitĂ©

Agréable séjour dans und maison confortable avec pisicine

Notre sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able et nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par la propriĂ©taire Emmanuelle. Emmanuelle est trĂšs gentille et nous a mĂȘme dĂ©posĂ© Ă  Lacanau OcĂ©an en voiture le jour de notre retour en Allemagne. Merci encore une fois pour ce geste. La maison et les lits sonst confortables. Nous avons profitĂ©s de la belle terrasse et de la piscine qui est trĂšs proche de la maison et idĂ©al pour les enfants ainsi que les adultes. Un accĂšs internet serait bienvenu. sommes trĂšs satisfaits de notre sĂ©jour.

Spacieux logement et emplacement idéal

Le logement proposé est confortable, bien équipé, spacieux et correspond parfaitement au descriptif (en ce compris les deux points faibles : pas de congélateur ni de wifi). L'hÎte est trÚs réactive, sympathique et nous a fort bien accueillis. L'emplacement dans le golf, entre l'océan et le lac est trÚs pratique, facile d'accÚs en vélo. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Je déconseille, trÚs mauvais rapport qualité prix

La maison est excessivement chÚre par rapport à la qualité des prestations proposées et à son aménagement intérieur. Il n'y a ni congélateur, ni four, ni aucun moyen de faire une grillade sur place, pour des vacanciers c'est dommage ! Cette maison est "dans son jus" depuis 30 ans, dommage car si elle était entretenue et refaite, elle est bien placée, dans une jolie résidence. La propriétaire, non présente sur les lieux ni à l'arrivée, ni au départ, a une attitude pour le moins particuliÚre avec ses clients, remet en cause notre bonne foi et retient des frais non justifiés sur la caution. A éviter ....

TrĂšs belle maison dans un cadre idĂ©al pour trouver le repos et en mĂȘme temps proche de tout. OcĂ©an, grande surface mais aussi la plage de Maubuisson et ses petits commerces. Maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, ambiance cocooning.PropriĂ©taire trĂšs accueillante.

Agréable séjour, Calme et nature.

Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis par Emmanuelle Bize. La maison située dans une des résidences du golf est bien placée, proche de la piscine et avec un petit terrain arboré. Une place de parking attitrée simplifie la vie. Belle terrasse et aménagement intérieur correct. . Un accÚs internet ainsi qu'un congélateur seraient bienvenus. Nous sommes trÚs satisfaits de notre séjour.
