Golden desert light spills across the fairway as the 18th hole stretches into the distance and mountain silhouettes rise against a wide California sky. Out here at PGA WEST, days find their own rhythm - mornings beside the saltwater pool, afternoons in the hot tub, and evenings gathered around the fire pit as the desert cools and the stars take over.
Living space
Tucked inside PGA Signature on the Stadium Course - a community purpose-built for vacation rentals - this home puts you steps from Ernie`s Bar & Grill and the clubhouse. Empire Polo Fields are less than 4 miles away, and Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and Highway 111are all within easy reach. A private entrance, smart lock self check-in, and free parking on premises mean arrivals are effortless from the moment you pull up.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms, all configured with King beds, give every guest room to stretch out. The Master Suite features a 60` TV and an oversized en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower, with sliding doors opening directly to the pool. Bedroom 2 includes a King bed and 60` TV, while Bedroom 3 offers a King bed and 65` TV. A Queen air mattress is available upon request, and families traveling with little ones will find a crib and Pack `n play/Travel crib ready on request. Clothing storage, extra pillows and blankets, a washer and dryer, and all essentials are provided.
Outdoor living
Step outside to a backyard that opens directly onto the 18th hole. The private saltwater pool - heated, open year-round, and available 24 hours - sits alongside a private hot tub under the desert sky. Sun loungers, a covered patio with TV, misters, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ grill make this an outdoor space you`ll rarely want to leave. A fire pit rounds out the evenings. Beyond the private backyard, you`ll also have access to the community pool, fitness center, bocce ball, and shuffleboard.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stainless steel oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a dining table make it easy to bring everyone together after a day on the course or out at the festival grounds.
Comfort & convenience
Air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable year-round. Wifi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace support remote work alongside leisure. A ping pong table adds a fun indoor option. Exterior security cameras (Ring Doorbell), smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all in place for peace of mind. Long term stays are welcomed.
Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is 11AM. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!). Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. Pet-friendly - no cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a `code` rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
IMPORTANT NOTE - Pool & Hot Tub Heat Fee
Pool and Hot Tub HEAT is a daily 50 dollar fee. Please reach out if you would like us to enable pool and hot tub heat. We allow pool to 88 and Hot Tub to 103 when fee is paid.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.
Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.
PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.
VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.
VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.
AMEX Golf Tournament (Stadium Course): From mid-December to late-January, the American Express Golf Tournament will be setting up for its annual PGA golf tournament on the golf course adjacent to our property. This means that there may be obstructions and limited visibility of the golf course during this period. Please be aware that our vacation rental property is located on the world famous Stadium Course. We want to inform our guests that we have no control over and are not responsible for any renovations, maintenance, or construction activities that may occur on the golf course during your stay. These activities are managed solely by the golf course administration and may result in noise, changes in landscape, or restricted access to certain areas. We are located on but are not affiliated with the Stadium Course.
NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.
Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).
POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)
You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.
Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
