Please leave the trash on the side of the home, we pay a company to pick the trash up on the side of the home. If you have time please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry, if you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries.

Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.
