House very nice and well equipped to enjoy your vacation on our beautiful island. Afford the privilege of going to the nearest beach!
Located 100 m from the beach of La Guérinière, and 5 minutes walk from the city center. It is a 120m2 house with 1 back garden of 100 m2, and a terrace / garden in front of 100m2. Bicycle shed.

Maison idéalement située à proximité des plages de la guérinière. Ludovic, le propriétaire, était disponible à notre arrivée et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires.Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances très agréable en famille.Seul bémol, la position des fenêtres de l'étage ( très basses) nécessite un surcroit de vigilance avec les enfants.

Villa lumineuse, très bien placée avec tout le nécessaire. Une terrasse au soleil et une terrasse à l'ombre très pratiques pour l'apéritif ou la petite sieste. Un accueil tout à fait sympathique. Un séjour très agréable partagé par toute la famille.

Arrivée et communication corrects. Mais rapidement on a noté les manquements déjà listés dans un précédent mail dont l absence de propreté, vaisselle très sale, mobilier cassé , linge inadapté et une absence de sécurité à une fenêtre de chambre du 1 er étage etcNous avons ouvert une réclamation auprès d Abritel et du propriétaire, aucun ne donne suite d une solution à l amiable. Nous allons engager d une part une procédure auprès d une association de consommateurs et de notre avocat et d autre part nos avis sur les réseaux sociaux seront défavorables . Comble du comble j ai reçu un mail ce jour le 05/08 une demande de bien vouloir modifier mon avis: cela ne sera fait que si Abritel ou le propriétaire ont un geste commercial de dédommagement.

Villa simple et très fonctionnelle, idéalement située entre la mer et le centre du village

Maison idéale parfaitement équipée pour passer des vacances avec des enfants. Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux sans utiliser la voiture dans un environnement très calme. La mer est à moins de 5mn, la boulangerie à 10mn ainsi que le marché qui a lieu deux fois par semaine. Les transats et vélos mis à disposition permettent de varier les plaisirs, le jardinet permet de se reposer au calme. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire
