19th century village house completely renovated in 2020. This former notary's house is located close to the village shops and a leisure area (with pond) accessible on foot, day fishing, and the town of Challans renowned for its 4 Thursday fairs and markets. Close to the large Vendée beaches, with easy access to the Ile de Noirmoutier and the Ile d'Yeu, this house (accessible by 2 steps), adjoining another gîte, offers a living room/lounge/kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160) (1 bed 160) (1 bed 160), shower room, WC. Wifi. Outside (accessible by 3 steps), you can enjoy a garden of approximately 180m² with terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs). Baby equipment on request. Another gîte on site: Le Saint Thomas H85G019638. Enclosed area including a heated swimming pool (5x11m), shared by the owner and the two gîtes, with a solar shower and toilet available, a 5-seater spa, a 60m² covered courtyard with a ping-pong table, outdoor games, and a boules court (pool/spa and outdoor areas accessible from May 1st to September 30th). Bicycles are available for tenants. The pool and spa are accessible from 10am to 7pm (pool towels included in the price). Heating, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included.
