Located in La Faute sur Mer, this fully renovated 90 m² holiday home welcomes you with charm and elegance for up to 6 guests. The house features 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a single bed, and one with bunk beds upstairs. There are 2 bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower on the ground floor and another upstairs. The private kitchen is fully equipped. You also have Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, barbecue, and a baby cot at your disposal.



Enjoy the garden and the open terrace of about 100 m² surrounding the house, perfect for soaking up the sun all day. Outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue are provided for relaxing and dining outdoors. The garage serves as a laundry area for added convenience.

Solides Haus in Strandnähe

Pros: Sehr schöner Strand 2 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit vorhanden. Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück. Kleinigkeiten wie Klopapier, Salz, Zucker, Öl ect waren vorhanden. Als Gastgeschenk gab es bei der Anreise Brötchen. Cons: Leider sind die Zimmer total hellhörig und mit Kindern etwas schwierig. Badezimmer und WCs sind sehr klein und es gibt nur Duschen. Haus ist draußen nicht begrünt, so dass natürliche Schattenplätze fehlen. Das Haus selber heizt sich sehr auf, tagsüber kann man schlecht lüften. Nachts kann man nicht gut schlafen weil die Mücken kommen sobald man Fenster aufmacht. Der Staubsaugen im Haus ist sehr alt und sugt nicht mehr richtig, nicht möglich Sand im Haus ausreichend zu entfernen. Im Haus gibt es keine Uhr und es fehlt ein Ganzkörperspiegel.
