The location was great - close to the old town; close to the ocean; close to the Riazor. The weather in late October was perfect. Make sure that you come here when the weather was as nice as it was for us.

In La Coruna for a congress, I stayed for 3 days in this hotel. Spacious rooms, well organized and clean. Friendly staff. Bathroom with bidet. Very positive note: the breakfast, really great. Within walking distance a lot of restaurants and other attractions in the city center. Great!

The hotel had everything we were looking for for a two night stay. The room, superior recently updated, was spacious and very bright with large windows all around the room. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Clean, polite and with helpful staff and good location very close to the centre. I can see noise being an issue if you stay on weekdays because of the road outside but we stayed over a weekend and left on Monday morning so were not affected.

We loved the rich breakfast, though half of the days promiced gluten free bread was finished. Room was spacious and nice, staff friendly, beds comfortable. We enjoyd the option to go the Hesperia Finisterre to swimming pool (for free). Tourist waling street was very close, also suggest to look to the fish market nearby. As travelling with kids we missed the playroom.

We stayed here in superior room whilst travelling with two dogs. Great spacious room, large bed, sitting area, huge bathroom, coffee machine etc and to our surprise two dog beds, bowls, dog treats and toys, they loved it! ( dogs 22€ each ). The breakfast was very good with ample choice on the buffet and freshly cooked food could be ordered at no extra cost. The hotel location is good with a nice walk to the shops, port and old town. On the negative side the hotel has no bar and no parking though we found both within a couple of hundred meters. Overall good service from friendly staff, we would definitely stay here again if in the area.

NH Hotel Hesperia at La Coruna it's a very nice combination of good factors: - Location: in the very downtown of the city and very close to the Promenade; - Breakfast: a lot of different options of food for all the tastes and at a very high quality; - very professional and friendly staff; - very nice and comfortable rooms with a lot of features; - a very good rate for a 4 stars hotel. Strongly reccomended!!!

We were really disappointed with this hotel. Previous two days, we stayed at NH Hotel Santiago de Compostela which was excellent: there is simply no comparison to this hotel. We arrived at the hotel to discover there was no assistance with parking which is 150 metres away (19 euros per night, scandalous and no discount for hotel guests!) Not brilliant when you are seniors struggling with suitcases in the torrential rain! Reception staff on arrival were less than welcoming and very limited English spoken so not a great start. But it got worse: room aircon wasn't working. Maintenance man spent 45 minutes allegedly "fixing" it but it wasn't. Eventually we requested another room which was much smaller and less amenities but charged the same price. The following morning, the showerhead had a mind of its own and soaked the bathroom floor and toilet. By this time, we had given up, although reported this to reception on departure. Nice breakfast with good selection on offer.

The hotel is located at a very noisy main intersection. The room air condition didn't work and the windown couldn't let open because of the noises from the street.A expensiv car parking is 5 minutes walk away.

I stayed there for two nights and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Fantastic sleep, clean and well located. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good too. Only be careful with mini bar charges. Could not fault it, really.

Nice room, decoration, environment, staff. pleasant stay, convenient location close to the centre and to the seafront.car park may be a problem as the car park is not located at the hotel but 100m further , cost €18-20 per day. Recommended.
