We stayed at this hotel for a business trip to the area. Parking is very tight in an underground car-park - but this was the only slight negative. Reception is well organised - the rooms are very well furnished and comfortable - the bar area is welcoming with a good choice of food. Breakfast is a typical buffet style. Overall a very comfortable stay and will return when in the area again.
It has really been a good stay I enjoyed it very much ; food is great and rooms are really nice. Thank you very much for your collaboration. I think I will be back really soon together with my family.
Very nice AC hotel in the suburb and well connected by public transport. The suite has got a free minibar. Decoration was contemporary and was of typical AC style. Room was clean. The staff was very helpful.
This was one of the best hotels we stayed in on our trip to Spain. The beds are super comfortable. Room was nicely decorated and with enough space for our needs. The staff is helpful and friendly. They have a parking garage for something like 15 Euros per night, but there is also free parking on the street, especially if you can wait for the workday crowd to leave the area in the evening. Several good restaurants in the neighborhood, and it's easy to catch a cab to the main tourist section of town.
Comfortable room, not huge but more than adequate - with a reasonable size mini fridge. Pleasant bathroom. No view - unless you like major road networks. We got a good price for bed and breakfast. The breakfast was typically Spanish in choice ie meats, cheeses, fruit, breads and pastries, with limited hot options (scrambled eggs and bacon) - good quality, frequently replenished and overall very enjoyable. All of the Staff were friendly and helpful. Good English spoken by everyone we met. A 40 minute walk in to the centre and coast, doesn't make this an ideal location if you want to be central. Although the immediate area around the hotel has lots of bar and restaurant options and there is an Eroski supermarket almost next door. The bar in the hotel had limited opening times. We had a hire car and found free parking on the road - it was very busy and took us a while to find a free space but we did . The hotel does offer paid underground parking option. Overall a pleasant stay, in a clean and contemporary hotel, at a very reasonable price. Lovely staff. Would recommend to friends and family if they didn't mind being out of central A Coruña.
Although outside the heart of the city, it is easily accessible by bus. The 1.3 euro ride takes about 20 minutes. The buses run frequently. The personnel are all friendly and helpful. Most speak at least some English. Susana was most helpful. Maps and directions were happily given. Parking is not a problem, either on the street for free, or in the underground garage for 12 euros per day. There are several eateries nearby, so if you do not want to give Marriott an unreasonable 12 euro for breakfast, take a two block walk. For carryouters, there is a supermarket around the corner. I really liked the location. Our room was quiet. No complaints at this hotel. Five stars all the way.
AC hotels have always been good, with ample, clean, beautifully designed rooms (if you do not mind their minimalustic style). This one is just as good as any other. If you are on business, fine, but if you are visiting A Coruña, you probably want a better location.
Good: 1) breakfast, really good, lots of jamon and excelent orange juice + good nespresso coffee 2) rooms: not too big but enough, everything clean 3) location: hotel is really close to the center of the town and also entry to highway; good for people who are travelling on business. Not so good: a little bit noisy.
This hotel is not located near the centre or near the beaches, however cab trip will take les than 10mns, and the area is full of restaurants and bars for the evening. the rooms were perfect, gym ok, and staff very helpful and friendly.
nice hotel in la coruna with friendly and helpful staff. the room is very clean and has everything that is needed. my only concern is that i really struggled to connect to the internet especially with my phone.
