Renovated fisherman's house of 66m² located in Noirmoutier in the village of L'Epine (in a dead end) on enclosed land (open view) of 360 m² with 2 terraces. 600m from the woods, the beach and the Morin marina.

Equipped for 4-6 people, all comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, orange press, croque monsieur maker, oven, TV, internet access, WIFI, electric heating, etc.

The house is made up of 2 bedrooms (one with a 160cm double bed and one with 2 90cm single beds), a living room with sofa bed (140cm Poltronesofa), kitchen, bathroom with toilet and outdoor toilet. High chair and travel cot available on request.

Outside, 2 private terraces with tables and chairs, deck chairs, barbecue and parking on the grounds.

Service: Sheets, bath towels and end-of-stay cleaning can be taken care of at your expense. A deposit of 800 euros is required. The tourist tax is covered in addition by Abritel.

Maison idéal pour une famille de 4

Cadre très agréable et calme. Parfait pour notre petite chienne avec un jardin clos à l’arrière et une terrace aussi fermée devant. Il y a toujours un endroit pour se mettre au soleil où à l’ombre avec la banne sur la terrace de derrière. La cuisine est très bien équipée; il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour recevoir même! L’accès au port et aux plages de l’Epine est très facile. Nous n’avons presque pas utilisé la voiture (qui à sa place au fond du jardin) mais nos vélos. La maison est à 30mn à vélo du bois de la chaise et de ses plages, et à 20mn du bourg de Noirmoutier en l’île. Anne Sophie de la conciergerie est très sympathique et attentive. Merci à la propriétaire d’accepter de louer son logement à ceux qui souhaitent partir en vacances avec leur compagnon à quatre pattes!

La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle est très bien équipée, propre et la literie est excellente. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions d'accueil de la propriétaire.
