With its large enclosed garden and all-comfort facilities, it can accommodate up to 7 people for a relaxing stay on the island of Noirmoutier. Outside, enjoy a large fully enclosed garden, perfect for letting children play safely. Garden furniture awaits you for terrace meals, while the barbecue promises delicious summer grills.



From the entrance, you will be seduced by the through living space, bathed in natural light. It consists of a comfortable living room with a sofa, television and large bay windows overlooking the garden, perfect for your relaxation moments or after-beach drinks. The adjoining dining room allows you to share meals in complete conviviality, and the fully equipped open kitchen will delight cooks: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle... Everything is there to cook just like at home!

The house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, divided into two distinct sleeping areas. On the living room side, a master bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and an adjoining bathroom offers you a real cocoon of intimacy. You will also find a separate toilet in this area. In the other wing of the house, accessible via a corridor, there is a second bedroom with bunk beds (90x190) reserved for children, a third bedroom with a King Size bed (180x190) and a fourth with a single bed (90x190). A second bathroom with shower and a second independent toilet complete this sleeping area.
