【良い点】 ・設備:バスルームのジャグジーや、一通り家電 が揃っており充実している。 ・ロケーション:梅小路公園が近くにあったり、バス停からも近く、良い立地。 ・価格:素泊まりとはいえ、安く抑えられた。 【悪い点】 ・空調:故障気味で冷えが悪い。そもそも部屋の大きさに対して能力が合っていない気がする。 ・不潔:一見綺麗に見えるが、隙間など所々埃が堆積しており、表面的な清掃しかされていないと感じる。 ・外観:植栽が伸び放題、簾が壊れたまま。 ・準備:大人2、子ども2で予約したにも関わらず、寝具など子どもへの準備がない。

雰囲気がとても良くお風呂も良かったです。 長時間運転の後でしたので本当にゆっくりできました。特にベットが気持ちよく枕も二つあったことで腰痛持ちの自分でも安眠できました。直前に頼んだ朝食も美味しかったです^ ^ 大満足です。一つ言うならば…リビングから見える素敵な庭、今のままでもいいですがもう少し綺麗に草木を整えたらさらに良くなる気がします。良い旅になりました。ありがとうございました！

はじめて此方のお宿を利用させていただきました。大人二人で宿泊したのですがお部屋自体がとても広く綺麗でした。なんといっても一番の魅力は京都のまちを歩いた疲れを癒してくれるジャグジーつきのお風呂だと思います。和の雰囲気がとても良くゆったり過ごせる空間で此方に宿泊して本当に良かったです。夕方に到着予定が夜遅くにお宿に到着してしまう事になってしまったのにも関わらず、スタッフの方が親切に対応していただき、次の日の旅行プラン(行きやすさなど)を考えていただいたり何から何まで有り難かったです。 次にまた京都に旅行に来る機会があれば 泊まるなら　ここ！　と言える素敵なお宿でした！。

必要なものは全て揃っており、朝食も美味しかったです！ 駐車場付きもいいですね。近くの美味しいご飯屋さんなどの情報もあったら更に良いと思いました！
