This stay was comfort, but I should have checked the information of this hotel more carefully as it has no bathtub (shower-only). It's not bad overall.

The hotel was amazing - chic, clean, bright, and with kind and attentive staff. The rooms are modern and efficient, and the location is very convenient. Absolutely would stay here again! Excellent value for money.

Clean and Comfy

Perfect quiet location that is walking distance to Kyoto station and tourist attractions. The temple across the street was beautiful! Just a short ride to the Radium Onsen which we enjoyed a lot. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Communication was not a problem at all! Room was size as expected. Beds were refreshingly comfortable and we had no trouble sleeping. Slippers were thicker and plush towels, both much better quality than bigger hotels. Bathroom was a surprisingly much bigger compared to everywhere else we've stayed and amenities provided were very good.

Excellent stay, everything is new and well organized. As soon as I entered the room, i felt like I'm really on a great vacation in Japan. Unlike the 5-stars international hotel, they all look the same around the world. The check-in desk is also the breakfast place and is also the Tofu-bar which closes at 1am. Is a must go spot before you sleep. Get a glass of whisky and Tofu as snack, you probably will get a chance to see Tofu master (the owner) sitting next to you. Great atmosphere! I usually don't write any reviews but this is definitely a worth one! Will go back to this hotel on my next visit!

Great value for money.

Nice small hotel in a very quiet area. Staff extremely helpful and willing to give advice. Expect to walk 5- 10 minutes to trainstation, subway, bus, shopping and dining.. Breakfast was a little disappointing , just bread and jam - but the bread was good and the coffee free all day..

Perfect hotel!!! Only 10min walking from Kyoto station. Nice restaurants around. Convenience shops too. The hotel is modern, beds are very comfy! Extremely clean! Complimentary coffee for guests anytime and free breakfast included! Staff is lovely too. I highly recommend this hotel!! Female solo traveller.

自分の確認不足が悪いのですが、浴室はシャワーのみだったのが残念でした。トイレ洗面所側に窓があるため同行者がﾄｲﾚを使用中ドアを閉め切ると外の光が入ってこないです。洗面所のボウルがオシャレなのですが水をはじきやすくてまわりに水滴が飛びやすい。 　部屋は清潔で加湿器もついているので良かったです。

今まで色んなホテルに泊まりましたが、泊まって良かったホテルベスト５に入ります。もし要望を出すとすれば、他の方も書いていましたが、洗面台を利用する際に洗面台の水が飛び散りやすいのと、これは本当に希望になってしまうのですが、朝食の際に、京野菜のサラダを追加出来たら嬉しいです。また、絶対に行きます。沢山お話ししてくれた優しい女性スタッフの方、どうもありがとうございます！！！
