Leaking roof water running down the wall in the room that I stayed in and shower no pressure. I had the breakfast included 2 pieces of toast and 1 egg and a few pieces of watermelon, I stopped having it and paid for it elsewhere "my advice don't have breakfast included" if you do stay there, I won't be!!

Checking in was task. No one to acknowledge you have arrived. Dirty sheets, no water, cups, shampoo, cutlery etc in deluxe room. Booking stated buffet breakfast but was given 1 egg, 2 slices of dry toast and 2 small bits of watermelon. No butter for toast either. I feel ripped of as I paid for buffet breakfast. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! I will never stay here again. Not happy.

Location is the main attraction and cost of room it's handy to what I require I've stayed there 3/4 times although their is very little maintainance done to the buildings the swimming pool is good has sun lounges bathroom has no shower curtains font door on units I stayed in the door bottom rubs on the floor tiles been like that past 3/3 yearsair com is good tv ok no free soap or shampoos or tooth paste but overall I am happy with the place staff are friendly and helpful We got along fine I will stay there again on my next visit LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

Great pool area but disappointing room

My family and I stayed here for 1 night. The hotel grounds were well kept and the pool area was lovely. Whilst we realise that it was cheap, the room was a disappointment. The walls had paint peeling off and only one light worked, with the other light hanging off the wall cables and all. The bathroom was basic, which was fine, however we were left one towel for three people, and there was no hot water to have a comfortable shower. All in all I would not recommend this property to a family wanting a comfortable stay.

Nice on the outside. Not on the inside

We had to change the room 2 times. First, is because the aircond doesnt work. Second, the toilet is so smelly - cockroach smell. The last room we had is ok. But the wifi sucks. We barely got connected. I wouldnt recommend it for anyone.

Don't do it!

We came Tories hotel because we wanted to save some money, as we would have to stay back because of Mt Agung, and our travel insurance wouldn't cover it! We regretted it instantly! Check in staff wasn't friendly! When I had a shower on the first day, the water didn't go down the drain...... so we decided to have a shower at the water park the next day! On the third day the water was still there!!!!!! We didn't stay any longer! On our third day we decided to leave and we slept at the airport!!!!! The seat we found at the airport was a lot more comfortable!!! This is a cheap place to store your bags for a couple of days. But I wouldn't sleep here!!

There is no free bottled water. There are no facilities (bar, restaurant) on site. The shower and toilet bairly worked. There were ants all over the room. The sheets on the bed were sytained. Over all we did not have a good experience at this hotel

Handy location, but not worth the trouble

My partner and I have stayed here many times over the years, but never again! The rooms were always basic and cheap, but very disappointed with the renovations. The first room we were given had a leaking aircon unit that dripped onto the floor next to the bed. It was like Chinese water torture! Not even a towel on the floor helped. We asked to be moved and got another room where the aircon seemed OK. It was now 2am and we were exhausted. When we woke in the morning, we could not believe that half the room was flooded from another leaking aircon unit! The door, the furniture, everything was wet! We asked for ANOTHER room and were finally given a room that had an aircon unit that worked and didn't leak, but we had to pay extra! Very unsafe to have water all over a tiled floor, they should not be allowed to rent out these rooms to anyone until this issue is fixed. Highly dangerous.
