My second visit to S18 Bali Villas, such a beautiful accommodation. The villas are beautifully designed, very clean and incredibly comfortable. Whilst the villas themselves are wonderful, it is the staff that make this a truly exceptional place to stay. So warm, welcoming and a true example of genuine hospitality. I look forward to returning for a third visit!

Planned a surprise engagement for my partner to walk in an d be surprised with the decorated pool. The staff showed us to our room but opened the door when I told them not to and walked our bags in when I was telling them to leave it. Ruined the surprise. Also, we had a dead gecko on our kitchen bench, we had mosquito coils that I had purchased and brought with us from Australia stolen by one of the cleaners I assume, because I know I left a full packet on the bench. The bed was hard as a rock and we didn’t get the one off 15% discount as stated for our food and beverage service. The reception we’re pulling me up every single day for bills on the laundry or the mini bar when I told them consistently that I would sort the final payment out at the end of our stay. I rate this villa 2/5. Won’t be going back

I stayed here for my honeymoon, and I genuinely regret choosing this hotel. What was supposed to be a peaceful and relaxing experience turned into two nights of noise, stress, and complete disruption. The hotel allowed construction for a wedding stage to go on until midnight. we had to leave our room for three hours just to escape the unbearable noise. When we returned, it was still happening. The following night, the wedding itself took over with loud music, people shouting into microphones, and no consideration for the other guests trying to enjoy their evening. It completely ruined the atmosphere. When I complained, the hotel offered us a floating breakfast tray as compensation which felt like a shallow gesture given how much our stay was affected. I don’t feel this place respects guests who aren’t part of their events. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for peace, privacy, or a truly relaxing getaway especially for something as meaningful as a honeymoon.

Stayed 8 nights. First 3 in 'Seminyak' villa. From the moment we walked in, it was wow. Spacious, clean and felt like a touch of luxury. The pool was amazing. Unfortunately, the noisey air con did not add to the 'touch of luxury'. To their credit, they did attempt to fix it but was short lived. After 3 nights we asked to be moved. They found a quieter (although smaller and less attractive) villa but was worth a great night's sleep. Management offered a free couples massage which was fantastic. Would recommend the floating breakfast. Staff were attentive and the shuttle we used for the last few days was worth it. Pleasant young driver. Not close to the hustle and bustle of Legian but that's not a bad thing. Big shout out to Cindy at reception. Nothing was a problem and her welcoming smile and assistance was a 10/10. Thanks Cindy. Will be back and would recommend (just say you want a room with quiet air con).

Do yourself a favour and book here!

These villas are incredible. I had two bookings here within a week and it was so hard to leave. The villas are beautifully set up, the pool a perfect temperature and the staff the most hospitable i have ever come across. A short walk to Dewi Sri food centre and Legian Food court is a great location. The onsite restaurant does a magnificent breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price. I cannot recomend this place highly enough.

The best accomodation experience

The most incredible property I have ever stayed in. From being welcomed to Bali by Made at the airport, check in from the incredible helpful and friendly Cindy, to the restaurant food and staff, in room massage, the temperate of the private pool, the free shuttle drop off service to local areas, bed very comfortable. I am so grateful to have chosed to stay at S18. I am already planning my next visit!

Quiet oasis

Very nice, quiet villa on a side street, a couple of blocks from restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacy, and spas. The room was very beautiful and the staff was extremely accommodating and wonderful.

Awesome place to holiday..

Awesome place, Very friendly hotel staff, very clean,great food and breakfast, good location,5 mins to the beach. nice and quite. I am defiantly staying here again. Hot tip....hire scooters from the hotel, they are cheaper than in Kuta, and they drop them off and pic them back up . no hassles. 10/10

Great place to relax and enjoy some private time away from the town. Didn't think we got breakfast, so when they asked us what time we wanted it setup in our dining area we were very pleased! Large array of healthy options to suit anyone. Tip: Get an uber to the beach for around £2 to avoid the 20 minute walk
