The supposed reception was closed all the time, I waited for over half an hour texting with some customer support (who eventually ghosted me) when finally someone came by and gave me my keys. For check out no one was available at all. Stains all over the bed and a lot of cigarette buds lying around in a drawer. The only upside is the price.
