I enjoyed the stay at Adhi Jaya. The staff were very polite and friendly. They also upgraded our room for no extra cost. The hotel is close to everything, shopping, restaurants, beach which was great.

Wonderful budget hotel

We booked this late at night after our travel plans changed. Check in was quick and easy and staff went above and beyond to show us to our room and get us settled quickly. The room had a lovely Balinese feel to it and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet and is situated just off a wonderful shopping and eating street. I have stayed at Adhi Jaya numerous times now and will definitely return

I booked this hotel as it had received very good reviews, sadly we had a very bad experience. The staff are very pleasant and friendly, the breakfast was simple but well presented and regularly filled the rooms while a little dated have comfy beds, good air conditioning and a hot shower, though probably the smallest bathroom I have ever seen in Bali and the shower head is placed so low anyone over 165cm would struggle to get under it, the shower door was also falling off its hinges, so wouldn't close resulting in the bathroom flooding every time you had a shower. But the BIG negative for us was the pool, certainly not the quiet haven we had expected, we arrived late afternoon and found the pool full of very loud, drunk and inconsiderate Aussies, the fact that they were playing ball games, splashing, bombing the water taking up most of the pool with inflatables, shouting and generally making a total racket was bad enough, but far worse was that placed on the pool bar was a very large loud speaker which was blaring out music, being streamed from one of the Aussies phones, a resort shouldn't allow this and should consider all customers enjoyment, not just one group. I would not stay here again as there are many hotels in this price range that offer a much more pleasant and peaceful experience. I have given 3 stars purely based on the pleasant reception staff, room and breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at Adhi Jaya Hotel in Kuta! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shopping, and great dining options. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool area was a highlight—clean, peaceful, and great for unwinding. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I’d highly recommend Adhi Jaya to anyone visiting Bali for a mix of convenience, comfort, and genuine hospitality. Looking forward to my next stay!

Stayed here again for the second time. It's a fabulous smaller hotel close to everything you need. Shopping, eateries and kuta Beach are virtually on your doorstep. The staff are attentive and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The gardens and pool area are gorgeous. A great place.
