The staff has been great, but the hotel property itself leaves a lot to be desired. Two small elevators for the whole hotel, very noisy during the day and night. Too many people in the pools, and the large pool has been closed for 2 days. The beach is far, you need to take a bus to get to the beach. The food was ok, not great. I guess it’s all about expectations, it’s not a luxury hotel by any means. It’s probably good for families with small kids if you can handle a lot of people around you and a lot of noise.

Poor management, limited services, terrible food, lots of bugs and fly in the dining room on the food, shortage of drinks, long lines in the dining room for getting soda or tea. Too crowded and noisy. They were not responsive, Before we arrive and see how terrible it is, we asked to extend our check out dates, the reservation department over the phone confirmed the availability and possibly to do it; however, it should be requested through the agency which we did. Our deal was non refundable, but they said if they couldn’t accommodate our extension, I could cancel without penalty. I communicated with different agents at Orbitz and they tried to communicate with Ramada for either extension, cancellation with or without penalty. However, no one got back to Orbitz so they could resolve the problem. I ended up reserving another hotel for another 2 nights after we stayed for two nights at Ramada. When we arrived, our room was not ready. We were given two rooms one in 1st floor and the other for my parents in another floor. The foods in snack bar was terrible served in recusable plastic dishes. No blankets and bathroom vanity kits available. After requesting blankets, we were given quilts. The issues are on and on.I never book a non refundable especially at Ramada because they trap people with the no refundable deal. We have stayed in many resorts in the past two weeks in Turkey which all were excellent. Never stay at Ramada. Not sure why no one wrote a correct review.

More information about which drinks are paid and which are not paid. Was unclear. We had all inclusive and staff say every time that we have to pay. Also for water. Beter explanation was fine why you shoud always have those bracelets with you.

Was a nice hotel with cool location. The pool side music was so nice and staff were really kind. Recommand this place. The beach is off-site and not a clean one but overall is very nice hotel.

Our new favorite in Kuşadası

We have stayed in Kuşadası several times over the years, as a point to go to the ruins in Efesus. This was the first time at Ramada, and it was the best experience, our new favorite The location is great, the rooms are wonderful (somehow we got a free upgrade to a suite, thank you!). Buffet style breakfast and dinner were included and the quality and variety were great The hotel is very nice, we enjoyed the swimming pools. People are very hospitable and helpful

We stayed for 4 night on February , 2020 Base on our experience The Hotel by itself is a good Hotel, location is very good &. Pretty 20 minutes walk to city center, you can also take taxi or a minibus #1 take you to city center, also you can get the same mini bus #1 to get you back to hotel Breakfast is good, Staffs are Very Friendly & Kind View of our room was beautiful we could sea Mountains from our room & from balcony we could see part of the sea. We loved it. thanks to Hotel Managment & Staff we had a great time ;)

Great sea views.

Lovely hotel with many pools and super views. The bed was comfy and there was a refrigerator in the room. The manager was kind in helping me, as well.Superb breakfast choices.

Beautiful modern property with spacious apartments and a beautiful swimming pool. Friendly staff and large and varied buffet food. It’s not in town, but it only takes about 5 minutes in a taxi or bus to go to the city centre and the esplanade... I recommend going to the esplanade to see the sunset over the ocean, amazing!

Location was suitable, close to but not in city, easily accesible by cheap minibus. Good breakfast selection, great pools, and nice mountain view. Rooms clean but room cleaners often forget to replace one thing or another (eg tea/ coffee, toiletries, towels, etc) and no cutlery. Bar fridge completely empty and hotel shop has little food variety. Staff is very polite and friendly and helpful, but lifts can be very busy with large tour groups leaving and arriving.

Ramada Suites Kudadasi

The location was good, a cheap taxi ride for 15-20 lira or walking 1/2 hour or on the dolmas (shared) transport for 3 Turkish Lira. Beautiful seaviews and the excellent staff service who met al your needs. The hotel rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. Would definitely stay there again. To note there are two Ramada Hotels close by. Our hotel was the first on the right coming into Kusadasi. Also coming from Kusadasi centre it’s the furthest.

Personelin ilgi alaka hizmeti neredeyse sıfır. Bir havlunun hesabını yapıyorlar , kahvaltı desen hiç çeşit yok akşam yemekleri hep aynı. Şezlong için bir sürü sıra , hamam için küçücük bir yer yapmışlar önceden randevu alıyorsunuz… havuzlar yetersiz insanlar iç içe yüzüyor. Hiç memnun kalmadık
