I booked Hotel Fantasia last minute after finding a good deal online. I wasn't disappointed. The hotel sits right on the coast with amazing views from the room balcony. We was all inclusive which was great, food was good, bar was also open 24/7- just what you need for a relaxing stay. The rooms were very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Cleanliness was deffo not an issue. I would say there needs to be some improvements when it comes to the shows done by the Animation Team. We went to the 'comedy show' however it was VERY crude, wouldn't have been so bad if it was advertised as over 18's only but there was CHILDREN.. some as young as 4 at the show(one of the sketches included a condom LIVE on stage) I feel the whole delivery and with it not being advertised properly made it worse(we did not attend any more shows after that performance). Met some really nice staff whilst staying there, Esa the photographer was really nice! All in all I would say it was an amazing holiday, met some amazing people and got the relaxed break we needed!

This is my fourth visit to Kusadasi but first to this hotel, the hotel looks beautiful but a few things let it down!! The rooms are comfortable but lack storage especially when two adults and one child sharing for 14 nights there was only 8 coat hangers, air con in bedroom good shame can't say that about the rest of the hotel!!! Restaurant felt like an oven in the evening with no air con at all (a few evenings it was over 30 degrees outside) the bar in the 2nd floor had no air con either and when asked to put it on we were told a straight no from bar staff, food wasn't great either not much choice. The pool areas are really nice and clean, and the water sports are fab and reasonably priced. The best thing about the holiday was the entertainment which Danny seemed to manage all on his own he was brilliant very funny and great with the kids, the rest of the team were very pleasant but didn't seem to do much so if they didn't have Danny would have been very boring and disorganised!!! Was much better from Danny once Claudio arrived shame it was the end of the holiday but they worked amazingly together. There were a lot or Iranian guests who were incredibly rude skipping queues pushing kids just being damn right rude that was a shame as it ruined the mood for a lot of people.

Just back from 2 weeks at fantasia had a great time overall the holiday was good, the food at the hotel lets it down as not much choice and it was very repetitive, the main restaurant was very hot with no air conditioning a lot of people complaining also in the bar on the 2nd floor asked if they would put on air con but they said no would hate to be there if it was full do not know how they would cope On a positive well done to Danny the chief of the animation he is brilliant to say the least he is there Day and night with no day off and runs the whole thing excellently the fire show he puts on is amazing and also his stage shows while we were ther he got a new animator Claudio who was very good as well hope he gets more help for the rest off the season. If food was better would maybe go back

Having just returned from this hotel I have to say avoid it if your British because you get treated like leppers, The hotel itself is lovely with beautiful grounds and the pool area and beach is lovely , the rooms are clean and well maintained . The Restaurant however is something else not nowhere enough staff to maintain the area but the plates and cutlery were not clean , The guests would be queuing to get in like vultures at evening time and then the guests that were not British were treated like royalty and us brits would not even be offered a drink . The hotel management have some serious work to do to get this hotels reputation back as it is no near a 5 star not even worthy of a 3 star .

Amazing views and good overall reviews are the main reasons we booked this hotel. However we didn't enjoy our stay as much as we were expecting....food was terrible, something you'd get in a canteen, but even some canteens provide better food than this hotel. We were expecting to get a taste of local Turkish cuisine, but other than fresh herbs and sauces there was nothing Turkish about it! Had to go out to the center to eat something decent, which I don't think you should do considering you're paying for all inclusive. Now rooms... they had carpet in the rooms that's probably been there ever since they've opened (God knows when!!!) . Needless to say it lost its original (beige I think it was) color, covered with stains - wasn't too comfortable taking my shoes off. No robes, slippers, shampoo were provided. Only after 3 days a cleaning lady offered us some shampoo and extra soap, as we only had some soapy liquid in the dispenser in the shower- not even sure what that was... There were a lot of Turkish guests staying that the staff was clearly favoring and looking after them before they tend to needs of other guests. Also, locals lack any manners, absolutely no self service etiquette and completely ignorant of others at the pool. Wireless internet is at extra cost, the only free wi-fi was by reception, which isn't very convenient. Another incident that put us off was when we brought some pastries from the restaurant upstairs - we only did that because there was no tea or coffee upstairs but they were providing drinks on a level below - doesn't make sense, but ok - plus we noticed that locals did that and staff was fine with it. So when we brought pastries to the cafe we got told off as apparently this isn't allowed ( read "for foreign guests" between the lines). When we mentioned that this is what locals do, the bartender just shook his shoulders and said we couldn't do it. So we had to take that coffee with us and find a table by the reception to "enjoy" our coffee break! Long story short, we won't be going back and definitely do not recommend this hotel as it's not worth your holiday time and money Few positive moments- incredible views, good pools and the Spa downstairs was amazing. Entertainment was fine, not fantastic...was impressed with the entertainment team's leader, but he was missing a good team to implement his quite unique ideas.

We just got back from another 10 days at the Fantasia, this was our 4th holiday there, and as always we found all the staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful, from the porters and reception staff, to the restaurant and bar staff nothing was to much trouble. The room we had had fabulous views over the bay and we could watch the sunset every night, the beds are comfortable and and the bathrooms clean, there is a maid service every day. The food in the main restaurant is of aTurkish buffet style lots of different dishes, salads and desserts with a barbeque grill on the terrace outside,(the view from here over the bay is very hard to beat), with a different main dish every night, we particularly enjoyed the kebabs. There is also an a la carte restaurant if you prefer, which provides a change but has to be booked in advance, the portion sizes were immense. If you wish to visit Kusadasi, the bus picks up over the road outside, there are lots of places to visit close at hand, the harbour in Kusadasi, Ephesus which is only 30 km away and is truly jaw dropping. We have been to a great many hotels over the years in Spain, Greece and Portugal and even Hong Kong but in terms of location nothing comes close to this, the views are stunning, pictures don't do it justice you really have to see it for yourself.Going back in September, can't wait.

The location and view of this hotel were out of this world. This could definitely be one of the best hotel in the world. But leave it up to staff and management to ruin all this. We arrived late (we were in a large group of two buses) as our flight were delayed then there was almost an hour drive from the airport. We got in. Wow! It is like sauna inside. The a/c was not working. There was only one person to check the 2 buses in. Are you kidding me? They knew we are arriving and the rooms were booked. Of course, the check in process took over two hours. By then, we were so sweaty and hot that part of the group decided to strait to the pool even though it was 3 am by then. We finally, got to our room. You open the door and it is like opening the oven door. They had the a/c off in the room. The room was so hot that it took us 5 minutes to accommodate to be able to walk in. We got double bed even though we had a king size bed reserved. Calls to reception were not answered ( I guess he was still checking the rest of the group in). I go down to ask for another room. We'll!!! There are none. They send the ballboy to push the two twin beds together (voila!!! That is a king size bed). By the way, the little refrigerator was not working as it was unplugged. Anyhow, we were so tired that we decided to try to sleep (it was 4 am by then). We were not able to because of the heat. By 7:30 am we were up at the "nostalgia" restaurant just because it was cooler than our room. By the way, people on the room next to ours were also in the reception complaining that there was a water We checked ourselves out by 9 am as we could not deal with this anymore What a waste for a great view and great location

It was wonderful! Hotel, staff, weather, climate (there is no terrible heat, there is a comfortable weather). The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay from the bustle, if you want to break away from the city and monotony. You can just spend a few days or a couple of weeks reading books and watching the sea, relax. Perhaps not the whole beach is convenient for children, but the beach line at the hotel is different and there is a choice) From the excursion program. Of course, you can go to Ephesus, Kusadasi and Izmir.

The hotel was beautiful and our room had a nice view but the air conditionair and the shower didn't work properly The restaurant had a great view but the food wasn't good at all.The bars and the disco were not as good as we excpected it to be

Fantasia Deluxe is ready for the season and is greeting its guests. This year the European visitors seem a little bit less than usual but the hotel is well prepared for the season and with a new cook to charm the visitors. The hotel services are quite good. The housekeeping is fantastic. During dinners you could admire the marvelous piano performances of a talented lady pianist. The food preparation is of high standard, the culinary results are outstanding, the Aegean type of preparation of eggplants and zucchini and all of them cooked to proper perfection. The soups are also very good, I would like to outline the Wedding soup, something quite new that shall be defined as a culinary delight. Among the sweets section this year’s new additions were bananas with cream wrapped in a pancake but also strawberries with cream in a pancake. In the mornings there is an omelet station so the guests could enjoy the freshly prepared eggs and pancakes. This year there was operating a second sauna of very good quality and it is pleasant to visit it. The weather was unusually hot for the beginning of May, but still very mild. I will look forward to plan my next visit to this fantastic hotel.
