Property needs updating and there was a quake in the middle of the night. There were no instructions as to what to do in case of earthquakes. Bed and pillows were too soft and difficult to sleep. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

La propiedad está muy bien ubicada, cuenta con mucha amenidades y el personal es muy atento y listo para brindar apoyo para cualquier situación or concerniente. Algunos miembros del personal muy atentos pero con comunicación limitada, ya que no cuentan con un inglés o español básico. La recepción todos en general desempeñan una gran labor, SÚBANLE EL SUELDO!!!! Ya que todo personal de la recepción y del desayuno son fantásticos y listos para resolver todo tipo de situaciones. El spa, me fascinó, solo que el cuarto de vapor ( steam room) estaba dañado Pero en general todo bien, Les pido que por favor atiendan bien y alimenten a los gatos, y que no sean maltratados por los huéspedes del hotel. Vi algunos huéspedes ahuyentando los gatos de forma “TOSCA” Ellos viven allí y es su casa. El turista está de paso. Sugiero que debería haber un letrero o de antemano comunicar al turista Que no debe haber ningún maltrato en contra de los gatos.

ovia mobile We recently stayed at this hotel and had a lovely experience overall. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops along the street. It’s just a 15 to 20-minute walk to the cruise terminal and the Grand Bazaar, where you can find lots of great items at affordable prices. We loved walking by the seaside every day and watching the cruise ships come and sail away. We arrived after an overnight flight from the UK, landing in Izmir at 5 a.m. and reaching the hotel in Kusadasi around 10 a.m. We were so grateful that they allowed us to check in early, which gave us much-needed rest. Our return flight was in the evening, and they also let us check out late, which was much appreciated! The room was well-equipped with shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner, though the conditioner was empty throughout our stay. We didn’t bother mentioning it since I had my own, but it’s worth noting. We also had bathrobes, which was a nice touch, although they were taken away a day before checkout, which wasn’t ideal. We didn’t use the TV as it only had one English channel—BBC News. It would have been great if the TV was a smart one so we could connect our devices and watch Netflix or Prime on a larger screen. Our room was on the ground floor with access to a small shared pool, which we loved. We used it frequently and enjoyed the privacy since we never ran into other guests. The room was quiet, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we slept well.

I don't usually leave reviews, but the view from my room was fantastic. When I arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly, making me feel safe as a lone traveller. It's just a 10-minute walk to the city centre, which was very convenient. The view during dinner was beautiful, adding to the overall experience. I will definitely come back. I wish I knew the name of the person who checked me in on July 6th in room 407 so I could thank him personally.

The hotel is located in a convenient location but it’s old and dark. Our room stank and when we told them, they sprayed it with air freshener. On check-out we told them not to give our room to anyone as the smell isn’t pleasant. The advice was not taken seriously, but we were thanked for choosing Hilton. Suggest guests to stay else where

I booked two deluxe rooms.the rooms size and furniture were ok but the noise from outside nightclubs was so loud that didn't allow us to sleep from 10pm till 5am. It was so loud as if it was next room. I went to reception and down graded my room category to get a room at the back of the hotel with local apartments view just to avoid the unbelievable mega noise. It was unbelievable sleepless night

The reception, bar, restaurants and pool were amazing. Only 2 negatives were the room needs refurbishing and the nightclub next door means you might not get to sleep although this seemed better on the 2nd night.

Unfortunately if you get the wrong room then the noise from the next door nightclub is intolerable and goes onto four in the morning. It sound like you are in the club with the continued thud thud. To be fair the hotel moved my room to another, this was a cheaper room but they could not refund the difference. This does mean they should add a warning about the noise when booking.
