The Kraken is definitely worth it. All bedrooms and the kitchen were beautiful! The beach access was wonderful. Imagine walking out your back door to the beach anytime you desire. It has an elevator from the 1st floor to the top floor which made getting our luggage up and down a breeze. You're walking distance to the pier and if you like fishing, well this is the place. This was a great place for me and my 7 siblings! We had a great time. Our host Jim was wonderful. He will make sure that you have what you need and take care of any problems you may have (which are few). Shirl from Md

Plenty of room for our family of 12. Big kitchen, multiple refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. Nice pool with shaded hangout area and plenty of deck chairs. Easy access to the beach and short walk to the Kure Beach Pier, playgrounds and restaurants.

Great location and wonderful house. Well stocked and clean. Beds are comfortable and furniture is modern. Lots of hooks in bedrooms and halls for towels and suits. Just a five minute walk to get bagels and ice cream. The views from the third floor deck are stunning. The beach walkway has a hose at the beginning and end making it so easy to wash off the sand. Jim was very communicative and checked in with me throughout the week to make sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation!
