A fantastic house with generous-sized rooms, very comfortable beds, a perfect ocean view, and a terrific location close to pier, parks, and restaurants. Super conscientious and responsive host who provided spot-on restaurant recommendations. Love also the main-floor access, elevated pool. Great for watching kids and ocean views during dramatic full moon. We will be back!

This house has a great layout for a family gathering. The heated pool is well cared for, and convenient to the 2nd floor. The house is clean. Most of the furniture is well used and some pieces are ready to be replaced. The electric stove heats unevenly- we found it worked best with an iron skillet that we purchased (and took with us). Marketing info does not mention the beach remediation project that prevents beach access. Please check the Kure Beach town website before booking this property to be sure the beach remediation project is completed. If it is ongoing, you will not have easy beach access, and will need to climb over a manmade dune built across a huge pipe.

All 10 of us enjoyed a great weather week at Luna Sea in Kure Beach NC.Pool was beautiful but could use a railing for safety. All the beds were very comfortable. Your house location is great! But we would like to recommend that the kitchen plates, bowls, frying pans and all pots be replaced. Kitchen faucet by window does not shut off the water continues to drip. Seat in downstair big room has a rip on right armrest. The LR couch and chairs have been well over used. We were an older clientele group and found the LR furniture very hard to get in and out of. And the LR sliding door to pool was too hard for some of us to open and close. It seemed like the slide was off the main track.Plater pot is broken as well.

We loved staying at this property - the location, layout, and communication with the host were excellent! The heated pool was constantly used and was well-maintained. The ocean views from the decks and pool were amazing! We appreciated all the refrigerators and kitchen amenities as we did plenty of cooking throughout the week. Jim was very responsive to any questions and minor issues that arose. Our first impressions were like our last - this is a clean, well-maintained property with immaculate views, convenient access to the beach, and a fantastic host!

The house exceeded our expectations in every way! There was plenty of space for our group of 18, with more than enough fridges and storage to accommodate everyone. The pool area was perfect, with lots of seating for us to relax and enjoy together. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire home was spotless upon arrival. It truly had everything we needed for a wonderful stay!

This is the best prepared home we’ve ever stayed in. Plenty of cooking items for the amount of people you can fit in this home. Jim was awesome from the beginning, and the house was exceptionally clean. We had neighbors asking us about the house while on the beach - this place is where you want to stay.
