A simple hotel with standard amenities. The location is right off old Chinatown so you have plenty of things on your doorstep. Nice bar on the 5th floor too. The staff are nice and friendly and the breakfast was plentiful

Stayed here for 3 nights. Its nice and cozy highly recommended. Its just nearby the old chinatown so very convenient. Around 10 mins walk to the waterfront. Bfast is simple just don't expect many varieties.

Great hotel and easy walk from the riverfront with good facilities and friendly staff. The rooms were very light and clean with a good breakfast. Although slightly out of tourist area the hotel allowed a visit to nearby stadium for a food fest

Quite basic (compared to other hotels) with large and very clean rooms. Traffic noise as situated on a busy street corner. Good WIFI. Good value for money and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice but needed to refill buffet more promptly.

For the price we paid, very decent hotel: the rooms are clean, the device is efficient, there is a good breakfast with a good diversity, good location close to the city center. The roof top is nice and they offer excursions

Centrally located in town. Breakfast was decent with the employee constantly replenishing the breakfast line. Front office staff were courteous. Room cleanliness was good. However there's no fridge in the room. Limited space to hang clothes. Complimentary recycle bag given.

This was my first time at the hotel. From the booking, to my arrival and departure, everything went smoothly and punctually. The staff were professional, attentive and helpful. Rooms were clean and minimalist. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights in July. If you have a small budget and you're looking for somewhere clean and comfortable to stay, in a great location, look no further. This is an upmarket premier inn, the staff are friendly and it has a lovely roof top bar. Every thing is easily accessible from this hotel. They book organised excursions from the front desk and for a small amount (less than a taxi) the hotel mini bus will take you anywhere you want to go. We did the Oranguantan sanctuary and kayaking as an organised tour, which was thoroughly worth it! (£42/person). We used the hotel mini bus to transport us back and forwards to the ferry to Bako national park. The hotel is located near the main water front in Kuching (where most of the bars and restaurants are) and for about £1.50 per person you can do a 1 hour long traditional river boat tour. MR 1 gets you across the river to the hawer centres with their various traditional food outlets. The rooms are fairly large and Clean, but are basic (think premier inn). The Limetree loses some marks for the inclusive breakfast buffet, which doesn't do much for the Western appetite. But overall a great hotel!

There's nothing fancy about the LimeTree. It's basic but well located and everything works, including the wifi. One of my favorite things was the universal outlets. My own universal adapter hasn't always worked in Borneo, but there was no problem at the LimeTree. It has a good breakfast and helpful staff. Good value for money.

We rented the family suite for 2+2. Rooms were good and spacious. Everything was clean and good amenities. The service of the staff was excellent. They also arranged for trips within Kuching. The location is central and walkable distance for anything you will need and want. Overall great experience.
