The room was luxurious by Borneo standards, it was clean and had beautiful view over river. The hotel Is well located for shops and river front. The drinks are more expensive than the local supermarkets though.

I would say that you don't have to worry much about the brand but the property is dated to me. The furniture, the design, the ambience, the room and the bathroom is very "nostalgia" if you like it. Location is good, right in the city. Staff are friendly. Room is huge with big bathroom. For business purpose I might come back but not for leisure.

Very happy with our choice of hotel. Make sure you get a room with a view if the river. We spent quite a bit of time sitting by the picture window looking at the goings on on the river. Our bathroom was a little old fashioned but perfectly adequate. The staff were very helpful. We ate out except for breakfast which was fine.

Very nice hotel, centrally located, and one of the best deals compared to any other Hilton hotels. I loved the gym, and had that all to myself. I think it is better to try out the local restaurants and street food rather than having breakfast at the hotel.

Was in kuching for a short trip and hust 3 days, me and my mom were treated so spoiled. We had the 11th floor with the view of the DUN and partial river! Best thing for me was really the view to wake up with and to go to sleep with! And my mom loved the executive lounge that served her drinks frm 6am-10pm. My mom felt very relaxed during the trip and Hilton is right smack at waterfront area! Just step out of the hotel and you’re in town! Chinatown is just 5-ins walk where you can find delicious laksa and mee kolok there. Usually the hilton is always packed at the cafe for breakfast but we had he opportunity to eat at the executive lounge and it was way peaceful than having to rush for the buffet. The pool was really accomodating as well as it had an adult size pool so as the kids pool with fountain flowing. The gym had me and my mom speechless!! We spent most of our time at the gym and didn’t even want to leave the hotel! Oh and grabcar is cheap to wherever you want to go too ^_^

Room is old, toilet has a disgusting smell, shower drain is clogged, cabinets are broken, no amenities provided, breakfast was terrible. Entire hotel needs to be seriously renovated. DO NOT STAY HERE. Photos on Agoda are TOTALLY different from the actual room.

Spacious rooms with a great view to the river, complementary water, new spacious gym area with a lot of different tools for exercising (spa area is in renovation), tasty breakfast with various food. Friendly staff. Some travelers assess the interior as old fashioned - to me it provides a feeling of comfort and relaxation. Would be really disappointed if I find a" Moxy-style" hotel instead next time I come to Hilton in Kuching.

had a lovely stay here at hilton kuching, love the buffets. But its kinda old and needs some touch up to make to place more in tune with the times. But overall it was a good stay in this beautiful town of kuching.

We had a lovely time while at the Hilton in Kuching. We stayed on the executive floor and so had access to the lounge which was lovely. Snacks available all day and good service from the staff. We were given a river view room, which is definitely sort asking for. Room are a good size and well looked after. The gym has just been re-done and is well stocked. The pool area is lovely and shops and the waterfront are only a short walk away.

We are a family of 5 (kids 11,13,14) and were on a tour round Borneo Just great rooms; interconnecting with just the most amazing view of Kuching Position A to explore lovely Kuching and a base for kayaking, national parks , etc Kids enjoyed the pool Good breakfast buffet Great place!
