Enjoyed staying at 13th floor and my room facing beautiful beach side next to KTCC. I wish I'd be given the same room again for the next stay. With a very reasonable price I think breakfast is quite grand & 5/5 for the food!

Given a choice I would not stay again. The hotel need upgrading on the carpet, furniture and decoration. A bit outdated for an Executive Room standard. However, The food was acceptable.

It is all about the price and the location

No frills 3 star hotels that has potentials. Situated close to the city center yet not too crowded like the rest of the hotels in Kuala Terengganu. Breakfast was adequate but filling. Comes with free covered car park. Lots of shop and eateries nearby. Close to the city. Close to the Shahbandar Jetty to Pulau Redang, the new bridge, Pasar Payang and even close to Pantai Batu Burok. What more can you ask because for the amount of money you pay. You gets lots in return. The facilities in the room itself is acceptable for the amount but it will need to be updated in the next 6 months - 1 year. Internet on the other hand is not to be proud with. The wifi-connection strength i get is good but it is not connected to the internet. Since I am there for transit then I do not borther to call front desk and ask them for help. After 2-3 try and restarting the laptop, i simply resort to using my mobile data line for the internet connection. Luckily the 4G on my unifi mobile is showing full bars. Apart from internet, the TV channels also need to be improve. The reception is a bit weak. The channel's option is not to be proud with also. Similar case with the internet, after a quick browse of the channel listed, I finally decided to just watch youtube and netflixs on my mobile until i fell asleep.
