Lovely apartments let down by lack of storage.

Positives - friendly, engaging and helpful staff. Lovely corner apartment with balcony. Clean. Quiet. Very safe area. Great shower, comfy bed. Excellent spa. Good location - close to Vistula, Wawel Castle, and Old Town. Negatives - lack of storage. Nowhere to put suitcases so had to be left by the settee. No drawers which meant table tops became storage, 1 wardrobe. Washing up liquid supplied, but no dishtowels? No cupboard space to put food. No housekeeping in the week of our stay. No safe but there is always someone at the front desk so not a concern.
