Only detractors were check in was clunky and slow, not the fault of staff but the self check in system they use and I requested two single beds but instead got two single beds with just one fitted sheet covering both, fortunately house keeping solved this on my second night, providing separate sheets for each bed

Really pretty and updated hotel. Only downside is the tram is really close accross the street but it was hard to figure out because its a crazy 6 way intersection, the hotel is above and the tram pickups is under and it was kinda hard to figure out.
