Beatiful old building carefully decorated.Room was spacious elegant and spotless.staff were friendly and helpful.Organised trip to Auschwitz for us.excellent service.Breakfast was amazing and the breakfast room was quiet and peacefull.We requested a room overlooking the square and were delighted with our 4th floor room with small balcony and view across the square and the lovely Chrismas tree.Thank you for a woderful weekend.Will definatey return and recommend to others

The entire hotel was a five star experience. From check in kindness to a wonderful room that overlooked the square and made to order breakfasts with meats, cheeses, juices and coffees. Beautiful hotel in a FANTASTIC location, right on the main square in Krakow. I am not sure how we could have picked a better hotel. The rooms were large and well appointed.

Beautiful hotel located on one corner of the main square. We stayed in room 41 (the one with the large mirror behind the bed), and found the room to be of an exceptional standard, with a wonderful view from the balcony. All floors are lift accessible.

Hotel Wentzl is right in Old Town Square. We had a room overlooking the square and it was beautiful. The breakfast had many options and a few selections that it cooked fresh each morning. The room was very large with lots of room to relax. I would definitely stay again.

We've been traveling through Europe for the last two weeks, and we Spent 3 incredible nights at Hotel Wentzl in Krakow. This was by far our favorite hotel to date. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; the room was clean, spacious, had a beautiful balcony overlooking the square, and the air conditioner worked excellently (a huge factor during a heat wave!). I couldn't recommend this hotel more. It is in a perfect location. Also, its attached restraurant was fabulous as well!
