The hotel is close to the city center, well connected by public transport. From the north windows you could see Wawel Royal Castle. The standard room is not too spacious, but the bed is comfortable and the bathroom quite large. Check in and check out fast, service nice and helpful. Since my last stay a year ago, all the same good level.
It was a deal flight + hotel so we didn't have any special expectations. Our surprise was enormous. The hotel was excellent the rooms clean, the breakfast good and the service in the front desk was impeccable always with a smile ready to help on every matter. The hotel is not in the city center but very close to transportation and 5 minutes you are there. The only comment concerns the readiness of the kitchen team at 6:30 in the morning. The restaurant is open but not all the products are on the tables.
Stayed here for two nights. Room was very good and modern, bathroom large with bath and large shower. Minor issue with Tv that was clamped to the desk and was at right angles to the bed and could not be moved. But overall very good and clean, plenty of power sockets in the right places, wifi ok. Breakfast, good selection of hot and cold things. Service was good, staff nice, check in quick and efficient, check out took slightly longer but nothing more than peak period. Location good, within walking distance of the old town area, pleasant walk over the bridge and along the river. Good value for money.
Exactly opposite to the reputation that Radisson group carries.... rooms r good but service is horrible ..... they don't even have a courtesy to help a guest having 3 big and 1 small bags..... I was asked to dragg all of that to my room without help. :-(
T Just spent 3 nights here. Very good hotel, but took 30 mins to walk into the centre of Krakow. Good tram service a short walk from hotel. Near to river and river boats. Staff very helpful and polite. Rooms spotless and cleaned every morning. Good breakfast buffet choice.
Staff was very helpful with everything. Room was cleaned everyday and maintained very well. Breakfast spread was very good. enjoyed my stay very much. There was some issue with my billing which the staff cleared very promptly. Extra water bottles were generously given. Thanks.
Stayed here for 4 nights at the start of May during a weekend city break. It costs approximately 89 zl to get here from the airport via a taxi which works out around £19. The staff are very welcoming and there English is good, nothing seems to be too much hassle and they are willing to organise trips on your behalf and book all relevant travel. Our room was situated on the 5th floor and was a very decent size. It was nice, clean and spacious. Our only issue with the room was that we looked on to a building site where there was a building half built located about 10 metres away. Our room looked directly into an area where there was squatters staying which was very dirty and unhygienic as there was empty beer bottles/smashed glass everywhere. We did not like leaving the curtains open during the day light as these squatters would often stand and stare into our room. I never ate at the hotel so cannot comment on the food but we did have a few drinks which were quite reasonably priced. The hotel is a good 15 minutes away from the town centre, but the walk is quite nice as you pass the Royal castle on the hill and cross the main river. I wouldve preferred a more centrally located hotel but if you are willing to walk then this hotel is perfect.
My husband an l had a 5day break in krakow. We booked the park inn on line . The hotel is outstanding. Very welcoming friendly staff . Great bar area food was lovely . The only down side was the menu not a lot of options.
A typical business hotel situated right next to the ICE conference center and next to the Vistula river. Location is right next to city center - so this is rather perfect. Reception is friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast is also very fine - my only remark was the fresh fruit, where I missed some - and also would have preferred a higher quality. Rooms are very good, good beds, nice and spacious bathroom. My only problem came when I woke up in the morning and looked out my windows at the back side of the hotel (room 220): this view is not nice in any ways. You see many unfinished 4-5 stock houses (will they ever start building process again?) and some garbage and all in all: misery. I understand that the hotel cannot change what is going on in neighbour areas - but it is misery, so ask for rooms not facing this misery.
First time I visit in Krakow last spring on my business trip. We stayed at Park Inn By Radisson two nights. I did like the hotel so much that when returning back to Krakow with my private holiday on June, it was easy work to pick the hotel. Hotel is located a bit outside the busiest center, but still it is walking distance to center. You can walk through the park by the river and beautiful castle area. Rooms were nice and clean, and breakfast really good. I honestly can recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow.
