Convenient spot to explore historic Krakow

This apartment was in the perfect spot to explore Krakow. We were walking distance from everything and around the corner from parking. It took three tries and different messaging for the hotel to explain that parking was at "Parking Wawel." The price listed here on hotels.com for parking was "PLN 80.00 per night," however it's actually 95 if you reserve online, and 120 per night if you just park. Parking was safe and secure, just some miscommunication about the expectations. The apartment is lovely and tastefully decorated. The bed is comfortable. If you're planning on using the pull out couch it really is only comfortable enough for one, as the pull out part is much too hard to sleep on. If you're a light sleeper bring earplugs because the bells will wake you up in the morning. The hotel has great views of the castle and met our needs.

I made a reservation at the exclusive Royal apt. They sent me to another apartment at half the price without telling me. I understood but I did not accept a different hotel. They said there is no water in the apartment. They should have told me and said either cancel the reservation or refund the money and send you to this hotel. They are outright scammers. I will start legal proceedings. They sent me to a disgraceful place.

Lovely apartment and view

The apartment was beautiful and the receptionists were very helpful, even when we had a problem early in the morning I could just text them and they responded straight away. It might be a bit small for 4 adults but parents/kids would be fine and it was slightly noisy on Saturday night outside but depends if you are a light/heavy sleeper (my husband didn’t hear anything!) but that’s probably due to stag dos walking past. I can’t fault the decor of the apartment and the view 1 I would definitely stay again! Credit to the girls on reception too x

The location is the best, just next of the castle. 10 mins walk to the old town. since the apartment was something wrong, they need to change to another apartment for us without any hesitated. the service was very good. we are very happy to stay there.

Terrible experience as they have many apartments they just don't organize check in, terrible wifi - you can't upload a picture - no breakfast and it costs a lot in krakow! Even the tour we bought with them was confusing, 45 minutes delayed! Look for another place!

det beste ved stedet er beliggenheten, men i Krakow er det meste sentralt. Vi mangla varmt vann det første døgnet, det var kritisk. Leiligheten var godt utstyrt, men overfylt med møbler, slik at den manglet romfølelse. Det skal være gratis Wi-fi, men det er blant de tregeste nettverkene vi har opplevd i moderne tid, om det i det hele tatt fungerte. Det burde også være et minimum av informasjon om resepsjon, eierforhold/driver, etc, men rommene var fullstendig strippet for info.

Very clean, good position for visiting most sites on foot, small but practical kitchen,only problems encountered was that the sofa/bed was in the kitchen,it was too close to the entrance to the kitchen leaving about only 35 cm entrance space, and the automatic light outside which was supposed to switch on when one passed, but very rarely worked, and similar lighting problem in the main entrance.But with a torch no problem.Also tv channels just Polish. apart from that , a quiet clean place to stop at.
