We stayed here for 3 night mini break. The hotel is in a prime location. Just a 2 minute walk to the Jewish quarter of the city and about 15 minutes to the Main Square. The hotel is clean, with good sized rooms and bathroom. Breakfast was of good quality and plentiful and the staff were really friendly and very helpful. The Jewish quarter has some lovely restaurants and after a long day touring Auschwitz and the Salt Mines (booked with Viator) we enjoyed a lovely meal at Portofino. We booked a walking tour around the Jewish Quarter too which ended up at the Schindler factory - also a must-do. We would love to return to Krakow and would definitely return to Hotel Columbus!

Stayed here for 4 nights leaving today. The hotel is clean with friendly staff, decent breakfast. Excellent location and the spice of India restaurant straight across the road is well worth a visit. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

went to krakow on 4 day mini break and stayed at hotel columbus we could not have picked a better hotel perfect location. 5 mins walk to the jewish quarters of the city and about 15 min walk to main square, fell in love with the place from bars to restaurants in the jewish quarter of the city. the hotel staff are friendly and helpful the rooms are large with t/v mini bar, queen size bed, and a decent size bathroom.and the breakfast was excellent, did Auschwitz tour booked on line with poland travel before we went. we do intend to return to krakow and will definitely be returning to hotel columbus.

Stayed here for just two nights while on a recent tour of Poland. Reception assistant was very helpful and gave us good recommendations for local restaurants, as well as booked a tour for us. The room was good, although the air conditioning was poor and the room was quite warm. I would go back if i was in the area again.

Hotel columbus is a great hotel. The breakfast is very good the rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It is well situated for many attractions and the vibrant nightlife.i must recommend pinos restaurant

This hotel is situated in the Jewish quarters of the city, some lovely restaurants near by. Th main square is about a 15 min walk away, there is a tram stop bang outside as well. Stayed here with some family this July. The hotel is lovely, staff are friendly and helpful. There is a nice selection of food at breakfast. The rooms are cleaned every day to a high standard. As this hotel is on the main road you can hear the tram and traffic throughout the night but can’t complain for what you pay and where this hotel is located, would recommend. Whilst in Krakow we also visited the castle in the centre. The Salt mines and Auschwitz which was part of a organised day tour.

At about 15 minutes walk from the city centre, this small hotel offers good service and accomodation. Room was a bit small but more than sufficient. A/C worked well. Breakfast pretty standard with a nice variety. Only problem was with the towels which were not changed. Would certainly come back.

Such a lovely hotel situated between the Jewish quarter and the Main square with just a short walk to either this Hotel has warm friendly staff and really comfortable beds, the hotel not just the rooms is neat and tidy and very clean... Breakfast between 7am to 10:30am has something for everyone I would certainly love to go back there and recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow. 5 star service...

This was my second visit to this hotel and I was so pleased that I returned to see it was still as good as the first time. The staff are really friendly and cannot do enough for you. Breakfast is really good and the whole hotel is spotless a lovely stay would recommend a visit

Took a slightly extended weekend break in Krakow. As a family, we had never been to Poland before, never mind this city. Any qualms I experienced were soothed at the check-in, where the receptionist welcomed us, was happy to answer questions and to make recommendations. The room was booked for 3, and very unusually, it was properly kitted out with 3 sets of bath towels, adequate toiletries, glasses and so on. We have visited much bigger and more expensive hotels and found that there was not even a third bed made ready. Very handily situated on the edge of the Jewish quarter, with lots of lots of places to eat. Short walk to the centre of the city, straight up the road. Trams right outside to door for the adventurous among us. In short, a fascinating place, greatly helped by the hotel staff and the people of this city
