When i booked the property, it was booked under the payment on arrival terms. Several weeks prior to staying the full payment was taken out of my account without any confirmation this was being taken, also a fee was taken for cleaning the apartment at the same time. Cleaning should be included in the price, not an add on. We booked an apartment near the Centre and was allocated a different apartment 15 minutes walk ( 1.5 KM ) away from the centre. We have normally stayed in hotels and would book a hotel in future because of the above. Finally there was building work going on in the apartment which meant the stairway had builders equipment, dirty bathroom suite, Plaster etc stored on the landing. Would not have stayed here but had little choice after payment was taken

Clean and tidy, but miles away

Apartment was tidy and clean, but the water heater for a shower took a while to heat up, but this was no issue. I booked this apartment on the main basis of the initial location, which was quoted; Bonerowska instead the apartment was located on Szlak Street, which was never quoted until a text the night before, I would suggest to make it clearer on your website/advert that the location may differ else I would have booked another apartment, Location was key on this visit and felt let down.

Great location and very clean when arrived

Only a 5-10 minute walk to the old town, was a great apartment very clean and got the keys to the apartment on time. If we visit Poland again will we defiantly be using All in Apartments again. Highly recommend.

Bom, mas melhorem a limpeza!

Nos atendeu bem, mas sentimos falta de um ar condicionado. Cracóvia estava muito quente. O apartamento é muito bom, porém merecia um cuidado maior com a limpeza. Tivemos quelavar todos os utensílios que fomos usar. A localização é excelente, mas deixem as janelas fechadas por causa do barulho do trem que passa em frente. As janelas tem uma excelente vedação contra o barulho. Ficamos no apartamento que tem uns quadros que formam a palavra LOVE nas fotos que vocês vêm na galeria.
