This place is absolutely breathtaking. We were there at the beginning of Thailand's rainy season so it felt like we almost had this huge resort all to ourselves. The pool is beautiful and has nice massagers you can sit on in the pool and layout. We had sun the whole time even though it was rainy. You can tall whoever designed the pool made sure that it got optimal sun all day long. The rooms were very nice and had a large bathtub. There was also a nice little deck outside that you could go on (we often used this as our sun screening/bug spraying area haha). I ended up injuring myself while in Koh Phi Phi by cutting my foot and their staff was extremely accommodating from helping us find bandages to being willing shuttle me around the resort since walking was difficult. One night my family and some friends we made at the pool were all playing and I was sitting out because of my cut and the manager saw this and returned with rubber bands, plastic wrap, plastic bags and tape to try and make something work with waterproofing my foot. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as awesome as the rest! Our favorite bartender and server was King. He really is an exceptional man with an amazing work ethic. Since Koh Phi Phi is an island without cars, I ended up being "stranded" at the resort for most of our trip while my family got to go diving and do other things. I say "stranded" because I really had an amazing and relaxing time from laying out at the pool, chatting with other guests, and talking with the workers. Their food is pretty good as well and you can order it from anywhere in the resort. So I could eat at the pool, the room, or the restaurant. Overall, with my injury, I could have had a really crappy trip, but this hotel staff made sure to make my time in Koh Phi Phi memorable and fun! Thanks Villa 360 for going above and beyond!!

The best part about this hotel is the room and the views. Our villa was exquisite, with a bathroom and balcony view of dreams. We absolutely loved our villa and would recommend purely on that basis. The lobby is also impressive with its direct view out to sea. There are some lovely features to this hotel such as the little viewpoints, hanging chairs and nooks that you come across. Walking up and down the hotel is steep (be mindful you're staying on a cliff side), but what do you expect for a hotel that is called villa 360?! You have to be high for the panoramic views! The staff are wonderful and offer a little golf buggy-esque shuttle service 24/7 from and to your room if you want to come to the lobby or go down to the beach area, so there really isn't much to complain about! The infinity pool is beautiful, you feel like you're alone in your own private cove looking out to sea. The hotel was very quiet during our stay which made the experience even better. Food by the pool was also lovely, though be mindful of the tax and service charge added on to prices. A lot of up-market places do this so they're not unique. The hotel could be improved by refining the smaller details. Paint jobs here and there, some diy. We came at low season so felt this was likely to be sorted by high season, but who knows. Breakfast could also be improved. Small things that could really lift this hotel. It's easy to compare this hotel with the resort next to it, but we decided that it was unfair to do so and my partner and I preferred ours anyway. Villa 360 is much more quiet, less touristy and the views are unmatched. Plus we were there to explore and the other hotel would really be for a holiday where you spend it's entirety in he resort. Not for us. We would recommend having your evening meals and spending your evenings at the small town that is only a 10 min walk from the hotel. Fab little places with great atmosphere. We also booked a private longboat for 6 hours for 2,500bt instead of booking an organised tour with the hotel (3,800bt). This meant we were able to visit all the surrounding places (Maya Bay, the lagoon, Sam Ma Bay, Monkey Beach, Mosquito Island and Bamboo Island) according to our preference and schedule. The hotel's excursions were offering 3 max for almost double the cost. Don't be hard on this hotel. You're not going to a luxury all inclusive resort, but you will find a little piece of paradise perfectly located with access to a town, walking distance to the viewpoint and 40ish mins walk from the main Ton Sai Bay. An all round winner.

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights. We arrived and had to walk through water to get to the hotel which wasn't ideal but due to where the hotel is situated, was unavoidable. A few things let this hotel down... the steps to the villas are wooden and rotting away in several places. The steps are also extremely steep in places and you really need to be careful when walking on them. There was a communal male restroom where the ceiling had collapsed leaving electrical wiring exposed and no effort was made to even close the door and put an out of order sign up. The room itself was on the whole good but some paint was chipping away opposite the entrance. Cleanliness was to a good standard although there was some mildew in the shower. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. We had a la carter breakfast as low season, the only thing is the pastries weren't fresh. We ended up eating in the hotel every night as the high tide meant we couldn't walk across on foot. The pool area is nice but the decking needs to be repaired in parts. The views from the room are amazing but the hotel is poorly maintained which lets it down. If these issues are all addressed I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I'd love to give this hotel 5 star but a few things let it down, but one thing that doesn't let it down is its staff like near enough everywhere in Thailand the workers make you feel welcome and are friendly and do anything they can for you. Back to the hotel the breakfast buffet isn't anything to write home about we stayed 6 nights and got breakfast twice. The decking was coming up in some spots and almost a hole at one point and the lift to the room says it's 24hrs but twice I walked it at around 3 or 4 am and trust me that hill is steep. The hotel room was clean and a good size, the bathroom was big and the views from the room and bathtub are what this hotel is all about either when the sun is going down or coming up you are in for a treat

Myself and my partner stayed here hoping to be be amazing considering the views and high star rating. Rooms were dirty with cockroaches, food was horrible including buffet, glasses at pool-bar were dirty, view from villa was bad. Overall the place is a hazard and a serious accident waiting to happen. The deck around the pool isn't even nailed down either.

We recently stayed at the Villa 360 for 4 nights. The service was great, from picking us up on Tonsai Pier to checking us in. The service continued during our stay (especially Denny). Before you move forward with booking, keep in mind... - Pack your own food. The food here looks to have been packaged from a Hostess factory in 1994. Eat the fruit, but head over to the Phi Phi Village Island Resort for all of your meals - Set up a Phi Phi Viewpoint and Maya Beach tour through the hotel. They make it easy and take care of your meal, which you can throw into the sea to feed the fish (see food comment above) - If you weigh over 200 pounds, I would be cautious with each step you take at this hotel. Safety hazards run supreme around the property, but you will be fine if you constantly stay aware of your surroundings and don't fall Considering the other options in Phi Phi, this hotel is manageable. If you think you can fine a better hotel in the Tonsai Pier area, god bless your naive soul

Staff was very friendly and was very kind carrying our luggage. The only bad thing that we experienced was bad air conditioning in our room. We contacted the lobby for help and they did an excellent job of helping us fix the problem. Gorgeous views from our room stay!

We went to Villa 360 for sundowners. On our arrival Villa 360 looked shocking compared to our resort, Phi Phi island village (next door). No service around the pool, bad maintenance on the wooden deck and staircases. Villa 360 is a safety hazard for any visiter. We didn't feel like staying there even for 5 minutes. Stay away!

The hotel has everything to be 5 star but is very poorly managed. There is no concern to satisfy the host. The officials barely speak English. Sometimes it felt like we were in a ghost hotel. The place is really beautiful, but left a lot to be desired.

This place is very quite and great views. This is the place if you want to have a quality time on your vacation.Super friendly staff and free kayak, snorkel etc... One of the best place I have ever stayed and will come back for sure!
