I stay for 3-4 night price include breakfast was good. When I check in with 2 luggage 1 carry on and 1 handy bag. Bell boy took handy bag (light bag) and left the luggage bag I carry myself to 3rd floor what kind of bell boy?? And after first night the pillow it's was so hard I ask for softer one the reception imedietly told me "Every one Is the same no softer" All is the same so what kind of the reception?? Where is Service mind?
We tried other type of room this time. Facing garden (or jungle to be right). Partial view of sea. No buffet-type of breakfast for main dish, you have to order from their menu. Others like breads, fruits, drinks are on buffet type. Overall a quite good service from them.
The hotel itself doesn't look incredible from the outside but the accommodation is great for the price. The Location is fantastic and the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. We only checked in for one night and ended up staying for four. Good hotel and good access to day trips etc!
We booked here in between travelling the islands. This hotel was booked for a quiet part of the trip, to relax and chill by the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast had great options every morning, served buffet style. The location is right beside shops, supermarkets and the usual tour and moped rentals. Also it's about 15 mins walk to the main boats. Rooms were nice, big, good facilities and were cleaned every day while we had breakfast. Would definitely stay here again, the beach is probably the best feature.
I stayed here for two nights with a group of six people. We found the staff to be most unhelpful. We were involved in a scam whereby an "agent" on the boat from Phi Phi to Lanta scammed us out of 1800 baht which we had paid for our continuing trip. The receptionist did little in the way of helping. To the extent that she would not even offer the use of the hotel phone to contact the "agent" involved. We found her to be selective with her level of English when we raised questions with her (It was her who notified us that out transport was not paid but could not tell us how she knew this). We found it all very suss, especially as when we finally had to book another bus it came within minutes with exactly six seats to spare. It is a pity to end our trip on a sour note as we have had nothing but good experiences on our trip thus far.
We went for a couple of days for a relaxing time, and definitely we had it, because we went on low season and we was almost the only guests inside the hotel, good for us, but I´m afraid bad for the hotel owner. Was a good idea hire the pool access room, is a privilege. The wifi is maddening, connection fall down every 20 seconds. Breakfast was better that I though, restaurant close on low season at 15:00 pm, and take half eternity to serve the food, maybe because they have minimum of staff at the kitchen. Location is important, just near the orange bank sign, at the pier, just 5 minutes easy walk. Advise for the management: consider to paint some walls not over next low season, and fix the floor of the pool before next high season.
We stayed here for 2 nights, the place was nice and it was pretty empty so there was plenty of sun loungers and you could have the pool all to yourself. The beach outside the hotel was not one you could lounge around on. We stayed in a room in the older building, the room was good however the wifi was pretty useless, was kicking us out all the time after being on it for about 2 minutes. Not so good for my partner who needs to be online for work. Location was good, a few shops and restaurants a few minutes away, but as it's low season, very little was open. Overall, a nice place, imagine it would be very good during the high season.
Stayed in Deluxe balcony room for two nights, facing the pool and a partial sea view. Breakfast was buffet, same menu as always. Scooter rental was baht250. Had a good time and enjoyed. Yes will come back again :)
We stayed a couple of nights here while island hopping and very much enjoyed our stay. Location is fantastic on Lanta, not right on the road but only 2-4 minutes walk to the action; shopping, pharmacy, 7-11, dive shops, good restaurants, Saladan pier, Thai massage and the night market/walking street etc. Rooms were basic but clean with a large comfortable bed, decent size TV and Western cable channels. WiFi is strong but their login system logged us out a few times (we suspect when we connected multiple devices). Showers are hot. Aircon (along with lights) turns off when you are not in the room, but it is a large system and cools ice-cold within minutes. There are 2 pools and a spa, which are excellent and popular with guests. Next to the pools are a bar and in-house massage (excellent aloe/after sun massage) if you have been cooked in the sun too long. One of the girls there makes her own coconut oils/ointments and they were actually quite good. There is also in-house motorbike rental (250THB/day) which we used with no dramas, and a travel/tour agent at reception for which prices looked very reasonable and on par with what is available on the street. We only had our breakfasts at the in-house restaurant, but from our experience it was American buffet style with some Asian dishes, overall very good and might be nice for dinner (although so many choices outside hotel). Beach and scenery at the back of the hotel are very nice, although certainly not the best swimming beach on Lanta and we didn't go in there. Only 2 small things, our shower drain was somewhat clogged (which wasn't a big deal) so we just ran the shower a little lighter for shorter time. We actually forgot to report this on leaving. There are also a few small steps throughout the resort, mainly in the buildings (hard to see) and might be a trip hazard for the elderly or clientele who have had too many Changs. Those small points aside I would have rated 5 stars, but I would still recommend this to anyone looking to stay on Lanta, and overall it was one of the better places we stayed in Thailand.
This hotel was better than I expected. Nice with a private beach, although not very nice to swim at. The closest public beach was a few minutes away with motorbike or tuktuk, and the pool was big and clean. Staff was very nice, clean room and perfect location close to a lot of restaurants, night market and boutiques. The wifi was a bit poor sometimes and breakfast could've been better. But I would definitely stay here again if I go back.
