A 15 minute walk to all the night life but extremely clean, modern, friendly staff and an overall pleasant stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again if stopping by Krabi Town. Staff was adorable, helpful and kind. Great breakfast cooked to order.

Great Hotel in Krabi

This is a very nice hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best I have had at any of the hotels in Thailand I’ve been to so far. They have Thai options and American for breakfast. The location is very good. It is very quiet at night and in a safe neighborhood.

The property was lovely and the staff were so nice. We were only there one night as it was a stopover. We managed to walk to the night market from the hotel in about 10 minutes. The Pad Thai with a huge fresh mango was great. Thank you for making our stay wonderful😀

Best hotel in Thailand

This hotel was AWESOME!!! We have been traveling the country for 2 months and staying at various spots throughout Thailand and this was the best hotel we have stayed at hands down. The bed is so comfortable and staff is so kind and helpful. Ive stayed at hotels in the US for hundreds per night that werent this nice, so If you have a chance to stay at this hotel, do it , you wont be disappointed.

Biggest dissappointment in my life!

I do not know who and how rates the hotel, but I was selecting the hotel by the ratings... and I suppose that was the biggest mistake I have ever done... Location - far from anything, but I accepted that as I saw on the map. The rest was nothing but a dissappointment - Rooms - terrible - the walls are so thin that all night we were being waken up by other hotel guests slaming the door, washing, taking a poo... everything was really heard in all the rooms. Price list for destroyed equipment was the first thing I had to sign at the reception - like I was some kind of a thief to rob the hotel and destroy everything... At the checkout they are sending housekeeping to check everything, before you can leave the hotel... Breakfast - some kind of a joke!! Constantly being observed by 3 people what you do in the lobby where they serve - yes - serve on plates - 1 slice of coldcut, two eggs (you can chose the day before how fried) and a few pieces of fruit on a leaf of lettuce... Plus 1 croissant from Lotus... Generally I have visited several hotels in Thailand and this one was the worst of the worst... No rats or bugs - but come one - it is worth not more than a 6 in ratings! Never again and DO NOT recommend! Ratings should be in European standard and that was what I was expecting.
