Room was great, the pool had an amazing view but was a little small so got busy in the afternoons. The gym was very outdated. Otherwise had a lovely time. Be prepared to use grab or a 20min walk up a hill when going to and from the main strip.

Please dont waste your time with this place, you are playing the lottery in staying in a room that has sewege issues and the smell overtakes the room. We even had our electricity go and thought it was the whole hotel, nope it was just our room and we only had the ac running when the breakers got set off. First day we found hairs all over our sheets, not ours, loose eyelashes stuck to the phone and a rash I still have on my back legs from sleeping in the sheets even after they got changed. The cleaning ladies are sweet but the cleanliness is failing in so many ways. We gagged everyday from the sewer smell in our washroom, made it impossible to trust where we stayed and since everything was booked up we had to stick it out. Never again returning to this place. The service desk girl was super sweet but unfortunately the cleanliness left me with such a bad experience, even though it is a newer build.. the floors have water damage in the rooms, the fixtures are rusting and the place really does need better upkeep.

The staff at Phu Dahla were really helpful and friendly throughout my stay. If I ever had any issues, they were quick to try and resolve them and help. Very accommodating. The pool area is really lovely, although sun loungers are limited so I’d recommend going down when the pool opens at 10am to grab one if you wish to spend the day there. They provide towels at reception. I did find that some days my room wasn’t cleaned even though I put the sign on the door and cleaning was very basic. The room is spacious, pretty basic, but having a big fridge/microwave is handy and separate areas of the room. Some days I had work to do, so this was a nice environment to be in, not just a bed to sleep in. It’s important to note that I only paid on average about £36 a night and this was in high season - so considering what I paid, I felt this was excellent given some places charge triple the price for the same standard. Very easy to hire a motorbike, get a taxi or transfer from the hotel down to the main road too which is also only a 10-15 minute walk. I would definitely stay again when I return in future. Thank you Phu Dahla for your lovely hospitality!

The property location is good is either 5 mins taxi ride away from Ao nang or 20 min walk. We had a family 2 bedroom room which was good size although one of the rooms was so small the suitcase had to be open in the living room. The rooms were clean to a very good standard they came equipped with a fridge and small kitchen area. My only gribe would be between four of us we only had one key and hotel staff would not give us another one which was annoying. Other than that hotel was in a decent location to get to Ao Nang, there really nothing around the hotel area for food or drinks and convenience stores wise. I would book the room again as it is value for money compared to hotels on Ao Nang beach. Using the grab app taxi were around 85 bhatt each way.

This location is great!

The first floor room I had was extremely dirty with stains on floor, walls, and the couch; however, the upgraded room I had before was perfect, except Wi-Fi. BUT... the rooms do look exactly like the photos; very modern.

Would book again because of price and modern room

Upon checking in, everything was a breeze; however, beware that you will be told your room stay is only for the first floor in which these rooms are dirty. For an upgrade, by paying more, you can have a room on a higher floor which is much cleaner and enjoy the views. The overall decor of the room was exceptionally nice and comforting. Everything is within walking distance and tours booths are down the entire street. You'll also notice that several other hotels you thought about staying at are on the same street too. The Ao Nang night market is less than 3 minutes away and you can enjoy some authentic Asian and south east Asian food with musicians and a fire show. The male receptionists were extremely nice and aided in accepting my delivery packages and ensuring I was comfortable during my stay. I would stay here again. The only reason I gave a low rating was due to my last two extended stay days when I switched rooms from the 6th floor to the first. They wanted to charged me 2x as much to keep the room for two more days, so I decided the first floor would be fine since I am leaving soon. Also, I was charged for dirt on the towel $15.00 because a speck of a stain wouldn't come out. You will charged for any dirt they considered to be stained; however, some of the towel and pillow covers had stains on them, so I am assuming they reuse the towels that do not appear that much dirt on them, but they still charged me $15 for my towel. Also, the Wi-fi was terrible for me.

The place was quiet. had amazing view, at least in my room and I loved it so much, we kept extending our stay from 2 days to 5. The area is also very nice, about a 15 walk to the beach, fire shows, foods, shops and nightlife. The people who worked there are really nice and the pool is stunning and pretty decent gym. Will definitely come back here if we are in Krabi again

Can’t beat the price. No early check in availability had to leave bags under a stairwell until check in. Got the room and for the most part it was nice. After bringing food back and eating use the trash and found out there was termites under the garbage can the sink in the bathroom also had little termites running around. Unsure why but mosquitos seem to come from all over. Came to find out they liked to hang around the hallway and in the bathroom drains so always close the bathroom doors. The room was comfortable and the location was decent to everything in Aonang.

Difficult stay.

Had trouble checking in, wouldn’t let me check in with out copy of my visa. Never had this issue in ten years of thailand. Girlfriend had trouble getting deposit for room back on checking out as only had photo of reciept. Staff made every part of stay difficult

まず、クラビに初めて訪問することもあり、滞在のほとんどの時間はピピ島とクラビ周りの島めぐりツアーに参加するつもりでしたので、手ごろで広いホテルを探したら、Phu Dahla Residencesになりました。あまり高額なホテルではなかったため期待はしませんでしたが、到着した時からとても親切なスタッフときれいな部屋でとても満足しました。 特にチェックインの日が妻の誕生日でチェックアウトの日が子供の誕生日だったので、予約後にチャットでメッセージを送り、チェックインの際に状況を説明したら、なんと夕食後に戻ったら素敵なお祝い飾りとケーキのプレゼントも用意してくれてとても満足しました。 アオナンビーチまでは1キロぐらい離れていたので、便利な位置のホテルとは言えませんが、その代わりにホテルのシャットㇽバスを片道100－200バーツで利用できましたので、大人数の移動も問題なかったのです。むしろ、ビーチから離れていたので静かでゆっくり滞在することができました。 また、歩いて1分距離にバイクレンタルの店もあり、一日200バーツで2台を2日間利用しました。クラビにはそれほど車が走っていないこともあり、これもとても便利で楽しい経験でした。 二つの部屋のfamily suite roomは5人家族でも余裕に泊まれたし、午後には子供たちと屋上プールで楽しい時間を過ごしましたので、家族旅行にはとても良いホテルだと思います。 スタッフにおいしいレストランの情報などを訪ねても、親切に教えてくれましたので、とても助かりました。 そして、チェックアウトは昼12時までにすることになっていますが、前もって言っておきますと、1時間追加で100バーツの追加料金で利用できました。島めぐりの後は海で泳いだりするので、どうしてもシャワーが必要ですのでの、とても有効なサービスだと思います。ただし、17時が超えると1泊分の宿泊料金が付きましたので、私たちは16時40分ぐらいまでシャワーを終えてチェックアウトしました。 最強のコストパフォーマンスのホテルでとても良い宿泊ができたので、今度またクラビに行くとここで泊まりたいと思います。

Great value for money - spacious, clean and new!

We really enjoyed our stay at Phu Dahla Residencies. Our en-suite room was very clean and spacious with great views from the balcony. All staff we very kind throughout our stay and they even gave us a very special welcome with a beautiful decoration of our room for our honeymoon arrival. The rooftop pool is great, the gym is well-equipped and the breakfast is decent. We would stay here again and highly recommend the place.
