Terrific place to stay.

Lada Krabi Residence is a great hotel to stay in, very close to everything in Krabi Town Inc night markets, eating options, bus stop to Ao Nang etc. Rooms very comfortable with a/C, good beds, quiet rooms with good balcony space for sitting. Nice common indoor/outdoor area. Very safe, clean, good shower etc. Will definitely stay again.

Not much to do around the hotel

Upon check in we had reserved 2 bedroom for 5 adults and showed the confirmation copy but the hotel only received 1 bedroom and the front desk lady was not helpful at resolving. She kept saying only 1 room and didn’t even try to help until we continued to tell her to call whoever to resolve the issue. There isn’t much to do near by this hotel. We took a bus to Ao Nang to enjoy the nightlife and restaurants.

Stayed for 1 night on route to elsewhere. We arrived and check-in was painless. I had booked a double room, we were given a room that would have easily slept 4 - 6 people. The room was very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Overnighter

Overnight stay before island trip, perfect. Large very clean room for 2 adults and a child for a good price. Quiet, good air con, fridge, free water, etc. Quick check in and could purchase tours and boat transfer tickets - which are the same price all over town. Buffet breakfast was fine, but was not included. Other cafes close by if you just want something simple.

I have stayed at Lada Krabi Residence hotel each year for the last 4 years. The staff are exceptional and always greet you with a warm smile. The hotel is very clean and facilities are good for a short or long stay. The hotel is in a great location near the Day market and Night markets. Access to the airport and other beaches is also excellent. I would recommend this hotel for friendliness, location, safety and security.

idea for what we needed

We needed a one night stay before transferring to Ko Lanta the room was comfortable and clean. We didn't have the buffet breakfast there were lots of places along the street for a cheap good breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful and arranged our taxi direct from the hotel to our hotel on Lo Lanta so we had no messing around getting the boat then another taxi on the island. Warning the taxi is a mini bus that was packed full with people and all their luggage and took awhile as it went and collected others. It was still good and met some nice people also traveling. I would recommend taking a drink nad snack as its quite a trip.

Located in the center of town

The front desk was friendly and the hotel location was great. The room was large in size and clean. The A/C was fine, the WiFi was slow, and the bed really uncomfortable. The bathroom was newer and modern, and I was impressed that the hotel installed a divider between the shower and toilet, as opposed to other hotels allowing the toilet to get wet from the shower. It was fairly quiet at night so no problems falling to sleep. The hotel will discount the taxi fare by 50 baht if booked at the front desk. Overall this hotel worked for a one night stay in Krabi Town.

Very comfortable stay

The hotel is very close to Black Crab statue and night market. 7 Eleven store is 100 meters away. The hotel staff was very helpful and got us good deals on tours and airport drop. The room has safe although small. They provide soap, shampoo, shower caps and ear buds in bathroom.
